We had a great stay in this lovely house in Stepantsminda. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views, and the house itself is cozy and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Niko was always available and helpful whenever we needed anything. The only thing to note is that sound travels easily between the first and second floor — which is expected for a house of this type. Overall, the house was ideal, we had a wonderful time, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

It's a very cozy house. I had a great time staying here. The big bathtub in front of the window is a real game changer. The house itself is located near the ROOMS hotel, which has a spa, a restaurant with really nice food, and a table pool. Would consider staying here next time.

The best experience in this country, I was surrounded by stunning scenery, very close to the church and Sno Valley. There was a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. We felt very cozy making breakfast in the house. Ani was very friendly, waiting for our arrival at midnight and helping us find the lost bag.
