Great spot, clean tidy and neat. Great outdoor area and a short stroll to a lovely beach and dock area. Child friendly place too. Recommended!

The place was very nice and pleasant to stay on.👍 Everything was good, including the host who was good at communicating with me. Not too long to drive to dyreparken (only about 12 minutes). The price was affordable. Definitely want to stay again someday 🙂

What an unforgettable and pleasant stay at Flakk Gård. The farm is very family friendly with plenty to do for kids i.e trampoline, sandbox, playhouse. Our kids enjoyed feeding the goats bread, petting the kitties and playing with the puppy. Situated on a private road right on a lake and surrounded by beautiful scenery with hiking trails and a waterfall close to the property. The farmhouse interior was just as described, clean and very homey. Hot tub was nice to enjoy after a long day at Dyreparken (20min drive). Best of all, the owners were kind and friendly people which made the stay that much better. Thank you Christine and Per Kristian so very much for your accommodation and kindness towards our girls. This is a vacation they will never forget thanks to you. Best of luck with the new additions to your animal family. We hope to see you again someday!

What a stunning treehouse. The view from the window, the lake and nature looked like painted. A truly magical place. The house is absolutely smartly made and very comfortably built. We came to rest very much, just as we wished. Knut André and his wife Mara prepared everything lovingly and meticulously, so we felt very comfortable and at home. There was nothing missing for us. The kitchen was great. The supply of water, gas, wood and candles was well prepared. The sauna and hot tube have rounded off our stay. Plus three days of bright sunshine. ☀️ What more could you ask for. We even transported our stuff by boat. Thank you for three unforgettable days. Maik, Isabel and Teddy 🐾

Thanks for a great stay! The apartment was only a 12 minute drive from the zoo. Incredibly peaceful atmosphere, beautiful garden and an amazing view. The apartment was modern and clean, and the host went above and beyond and was super helpful and friendly. Definitely a nice plus to be able to enjoy the view from the jacuzzi. Would easily come back again.

Great experience. It was such a joy for me and 18 others to come to Gunnar's beautiful home. Amazingly beautiful setting. There was an easy and clear communication between Gunnar and me - so it was really easy. It was clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to get to. There were bathrooms for pretty much every room.

We were very kindly and warmly received and given a short tour to the sea. We could use the canoe and enjoy the view. The room and bathroom were fine! Nice and hot water for showering. The animals present made the stay even more enjoyable. Very nice and quiet environment. We stayed here with our 1 year old son for one night after a drive from Belgium. We were able to recover well here to continue our journey. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay. Far from stress and appointments. With the boat provided by Lisbeth and Vidae, you are mobile and can explore everything. Many thanks to Lisbeth and Vidar for picking us up from the airport and bringing us back.

Absolutely perfect house for families with small children. We were two children of 3 and 1.5 years plus five adults. We had plenty of space and there were toys available both outside and inside ☺️ The icing on the cake was a trampoline in the garden that the 3 year old loved. Short drive to the zoo and to the city center. Would easily rent this house again. Super happy ☺️

We thoroughly enjoyed Hege’s house. The location is enchanting, and the house is authentic and equipped with every comfort. Highly recommended! Hege is a fantastic host who leaves nothing to chance and ensures you have a wonderful time.

This was our second visit to Royland Gard. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature. Gunnar was a very helpful and friendly host. We would highly recommend this place.

We had a great time at the apartment for 10 days. The pool was extensively used with the 4-year-old both in the sun and rain and we never got the feeling of inconvenience to the homeowner who was at home. The apartment was felt larger than it looked in the pictures. The location is perfect starting point for a trip to the zoo or city center. Of course, you won't get away from any traffic noise so close to E18, but the apartment was well soundproofed so this wasn't very annoying Aina as a host was both nice and very helpful. We would highly recommend both host and place!

We had very nice stay! A nice and large apartment, close to the city center, with plenty of space and many bedrooms. It was just great to enjoy the sun on the balcony. Warda was easily accessible and quick to answer questions.
