The host lives next door, so we're here to help if there's anything we can help you with, but we respect your basic privacy during your stay. The building is new and simple. 1 bedroom, 2 beds. You can enter and exit with self check-in and self check-out. Each ski resort in Niseko is within a 20-minute drive. Rusutsu Resort Ski Area is 30 minutes by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski resort in the distance on a sunny day. It is a quiet villa area on the outskirts of town. You need a car to get to the shops and restaurants. * Notice: From November 1, 2024, an accommodation tax will be introduced in Niseko Town. The nightly rate includes an accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night.
