Gorgeous apartment in a super nice location! Fantastic - we'll be back for sure!

The apartment was tiptop clean, very tidy, lovingly designed and really equipped with everything you could ask for. There are 3 separate rooms + kitchen-living room, so you can easily stay there with four people. The contact with Ellen was reliable, friendly and straightforward.

We booked the place with 4 adults and 4 children because we were planning a visit to Phantasialand (15 min drive). We were very positively surprised because the apartment was much nicer than shown in the photos. The place is completely furnished, clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable and fresh towels are available. In the summer kitchen, we barbecued and spent cozy evenings in the yard. I especially liked the tranquility there - a welcome change from city life. A very successful stay - thank you very much for it!

Quiet, private place on the lake. The weather did not allow for a swimming pool. Spacious loft for 8 people. But without a car, logistics will be difficult. The owner and staff are very friendly, and quickly solve emerging needs while staying.

Gorgeous and well appointed apartment in a beautiful old building. Within walking distance to everything you want and need, yet very quiet at night. Kristin was super helpful and fast to respond to enquiries. We loved it!

A narrow steep staircase leads into the attic. The home consists of a single room + bathroom. Neither was clear to me when reading the listing, maybe I missed it too. Furniture + bathroom partly older, but I don't think that bad. Otherwise very good, especially for the price!

We had such a pleasant stay her at Overath, the property looked exactly like it did on the pictures, it was lovely and clean and nice and quite, Robby was very helpful with the directions on how to get in and access the property, love there was a space for my car away from the road and where I see it. Overall was a very lovely place and would definitely stay here again.

It's such a beautiful place, sitting on the terrace looking at the trees and fields - a little slice of heaven. Lots of great hikes in the area, the town center of Witzhelden is really charming too. The apartment was really cozy and perfect for my needs, I cooked nice meals in the little kitchen and spent lots of time sitting outside just listening to the sounds of nature. Regina is super kind and responsive and you can tell she puts a lot of love into making this space as beautiful as it is.

Aggi & Lars were very friendly and likeable hosts, the apartment really nice and clean and the location a dream. We felt very comfortable with dog and two toddlers and are happy when we have the opportunity to spend our family vacation there again.
