Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kupari

Stayed at Sanja's place this week and loved it! There was four of us, me, my husband and two teenage sons. The place was spacious and very comfortable. We loved having the pool (with a view)! There's an outdoor shower, too. The place was spotless and had a wonderful view from the balcony. The only thing to know is that it is a little walk from town. It takes about 25 minutes to get into the Old Town. The Old Town was extremely busy with tourists, so it was nice to stay in an area that wasn't so touristy. Highly recommend Sanja's place. She was very helpful and friendly during our stay too. Excellent place!!

Our stay was absolutely beautiful, easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed! Dina was super welcoming and friendly, providing us with a welcoming drink and helping hand :) The attention to detail is second to none; from the little toiletries in the bathroom to the file full of recommendations and everything you need to know about Dubrovnik. We were super impressed. Not to mention the view from the hot tub is incredible! Thank you for having us, we loved our stay :)

Amazing place, amazing location, amazing host, AMAZING view! Niko greeted us with homemade cake and lemonade and made sure we had everything we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment. Close to everything and the view from the balcony absolutely cannot be beat.

This is a beautiful beautiful stay! My full family stayed here (8 people including kids) and we all enjoyed our stay. Everything was spotless clean and the house is beautifully furnished and decorated. Sandra is an amazing host, very quick and patient in responding to any questions. The location is very good, near Lapad beach. Need to take a bus to the old town, but this was perfect for us since we enjoyed the beautiful promenade and beach near the stay on the days we didn't go to the old town. I would recommend this place to everyone and we thought it was a steal at the price we got :)

Great Host, Neven went above adn beyond, from setting up our ride to and from the property, to being available 24/7 for assistance with trips and tours.

Everything went well and we had a great week at Niko’s place! The pool area was nice and everything was very well taken care of. We can totally recommend!

Absolutely wonderful in every way! Darko was fantastic and explained everything from washing machine to the best places to eat.

The location was perfect, quiet road with fantastic waterside views with frequent local buses into dubrovnik straight to the old town without the hassle and expense of parking. easy fishing on the doorstep. house was well equipped warm and quiet. Mario was quick to respond with any questions and met us at the property when we arrived after our late night flight. we would definitely look to book this property again if we return to croatia.

Most peaceful and beautiful place we've been to in Europe, where we could fully enjoy the serene atmosphere. The view is surreal, it looks like a Windows wallpaper. Our room was very practical as well, since we could live autonomously with the little kitchenette. There is also a fully equipped communal kitchen. Cherry on the cake, Mara and her son Mijo were so kind to us! They didn't hesitate to share useful info and insights about the region. We felt considered! Thank you very much 🙏🏻 we hope to have the chance to come back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the place is well located, the accommodation well equipped with a beautiful view. Our host was responsive and gave us good suggestions for a visit. Everything was clean when we arrived, highly recommend!

This is THE most perfect apartment! Beautifully stylish and modern & charmingly filled with art & books. Nestled at the top of the old town, just below a stunning tower. A perfect mix of past and present. The little terrace outside was a wonderful spot for morning cofee or to sit & greet & chat with people passing. It’s a short stroll to the port, restaurants & shops. The stroll back to the apartment is a little more challenging as it’s uphill, but that’s all part of the charm & fun of a visit to Dubronik. Nike was the perfect host with super fast responses & organising a wonderful driver for our airport transfers. She also very kindly let us check in early, which was very much appreciated as we’d been travelling from the early hours. Dubrovnik is a magical city. My highlights were swimming with the locals at at Porporela pier in the harbour and at the Dea Sea salt lake on Lokrum. Thank you Nike and Darko for making our first trip to Dubrovnik so special. We will definitely back. xx

They stay was wonderful! It will suit you perfectly if you chose to visit Croatia with a car. It takes about 20min to reach Dubrovnik’s oldtown and around 6 minutes to reach wonderful restaurants and town not far from the apartment. Marina was very friendly and gave useful information about local area and recommended a restaurant to experience local cuisine. The apartment was quiet, tidy and had everything you might need during the stay. Thank you once again!🤍

A really lovely stay in Ivana’s apartment, the view is just like the dream, I can go out and see the ocean immediately I walk to the window. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom clean also the living room have nice taste and warm light. Ivana is really responsible and quickly responds with useful information. Really nice stay and highly recommend.

The views from Jelena’s place were simply stunning. The cottage was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a great stay. Communication was excellent with nothing too much trouble. The location worked well for us with a car to explore, but also well situated for the bus straight into the old town. We enjoyed some lovely dinners in local restaurants. The only thing to mention was that the local cats who enjoy the terrace so much (and incredibly friendly) made eating outside with our toddler difficult.

Easy communication and an amazing view!

A fantastic holiday destination. Ane was extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment was beautiful and clean and the views from the balcony were stunning. Ane arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport which was very helpful. We had heard stories about the walk and the steepness of the hill from the harbour back to apartments and hotels, but Ane’s is only a short walk up some steps (be aware of this if you have mobility issues, but if you don’t, this is the perfect place to stay). We could not recommend this any higher. A fantastic place to visit and a fantastic apartment and host.

This was our second visit to the cottage and it was just as amazing as the first . The cottage and surroundings are beautiful ,it is such a serene place to stay . The hosts are lovely people and only a phone call away should you need anything . We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would definitely go back . Thank you Katarina and Ivo for sharing your wonderful cottage with us !

Vjeko was really kind and helpful. He picked us up from the airport and was always willing to drive us around for a good price. The villa was amazing and perfect for our group of 8 girls!

Just come back from 10 days at Jadranka's apartment and I have to say that the place was absolutely outstanding. Jadranka herself was extremely helpful with lots of suggestions on where to go/what to do and quick to respond. The view from the balcony is truly amazing and we spent many hours on it simply watching the world go by and enjoying our surroundings. There was plenty of space to sunbathe and relax around the very well kept swimming pool and this provided a welcome relief from the heat. I can highly recommend this apartment and am already looking to book it again for next year.

We were very well received and were able to check in before the time allowed. The owners are friendly and responded to our requests very quickly. In addition, for our departure, they transported us to the airport, for a few euros. The place was very clean, cozy and well equipped. The view from our balcony was simply OMG and we enjoyed it greatly. The presence of a grocery store about 3 minutes away is a valuable asset, as the accommodation is located a good distance from the city center. For the return from the beach or town, there is a good slope to climb, but, it made us exercise and we did it every day. Please know that there is always the option to take a taxi from downtown. We highly recommend this place and we would return anytime, if only to have a glass of wine on the balcony.

We really enjoyed our week in the apartment. It is beautifully done and a good size for 2. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking down to the harbour. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed. We loved Cavtat itself, reasonably quiet towards the end of October, with plenty of nice restaurants still open. It took us about 5 minutes to walk down to the front. It was easy to get to Dubrovnik by bus or boat - we did one trip on each - but it was nice to escape back to the much quieter atmosphere of Cavtat. And of course Aldo was a friendly and welcoming host.

Ivana was such an incredible host. Our flight was delayed which meant arriving after midnight. Ivana was able to greet us and even offered to pick us up from the airport if we couldn’t get a taxi. This is way above and beyond a regular host. Thank you so so much. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 kids) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony over looking Cavtat was beautiful. Short walk to the harbour, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Dubrovnik by car or boat. Ideal location. Thank you so very much!

Lucijas place is amazing, such a lovely stay with them. Very helpful and informative about how to navigate Dubrovnik and local recommendations. Easy walk into old town or other local areas, recommend getting a Uber back to avoid the hill! Beautiful views from the balcony and pool overlooking the city! Would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful few days at Ana's and Ivan's apartment. The location is as beautiful as the pictures suggest. Stikovica is around 10mins drive outside of Dubrovnik Old Town - and has a small, picturesque beach to relax in after a hard day's sight-seeing. Ana was always on-hand to help with advice and to provide lifts when needed. If you're looking for somewhere to stay that is away from the crowds, Ana's apartment would be a great choice.
