Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Also there is excellent bus service to the old city of Dubrovnik and the bus will take you there in 10 minutes. Five minutes walk away from the apartment is the Uvala Lapad, a great place for a nice stroll around, with lots of bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, tourist information centre. It is a peacefull area with several beaches and is probably the place where you want to be when visiting Dubrovnik. Please note - no infants or children under 5 years old .
