Luxury villa with pool close to the sea

Amazing house for those who want that little something little something extra! Pool area, gym, hot tub, sauna and a lovely garden to rest your eyes on. The pool is accessible and heated to at least 28 degrees between May until September. Close to shop, clothing store, Pizzeria, sushi, Thai and hamburger restaurant as well as 600m to the train and bus station but above all the sea. Closest town is Stenungsund 10 minutes by car. Good transport links to both Gothenburg and Uddevalla by train or bus. 30 minutes by car to Gothenburg.

The house in a perfect location and views of the harbor

This special house is located by the sea, close to grocery store, buss.It is easy to plan your stay. You live on between level and upstairs .Ca 200m2 We have two balconies of which one large with a southwest facing position that has a great view of the sea and the harbor. We also have a wonderful patio that is transparent from neighbors with garden furniture. A cozy greenhouse of 25m2 where I have some nice flowers and plants in. Cozy to sit and hang out in. A beautiful garden with various plantings and fruit trees

You get your own living space in the house.28sqm divided into rooms, kitchen area with dining area and toilet with shower as well as your own storage room. Wifi is included. Private patio with dining area and lounge group where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The sea, the cliffs and the swimming take two minutes to reach. Summer open kiosk where candy, ice cream, etc can be purchased. Bring the car here, parking available. To Marstrand about 20 km, Kungälv about 20 km and Gothenburg about 35 km.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Spacious villa just outside Gothenburg. Large terrace ( 100 m2) and large garden with well equipped playground, cozy living room with fireplace for chilled evenings and plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. family friendly swimming area by lake with proximity to ale square where you will find a grocery store, system company, and everything else you might need. Good connections into Gothenburg, commute from ale square takes about 15 minutes.

This two-storey house of 100sqm is located a stone's throw from Rönnäng harbour. It was built in 1918 by my grandfather and renovated and modernized by my father in 1967. This historical house has two floors, two balconies and a cosy private garden. It is also equipped with everything that might be needed on a holiday, for the smaller or larger group. The garden has a private feel and overlooks the harbour. It is close to public transport, shops, hiking trails and attractions.

Modern villa of 220 sqm in Rönnäng on Tjörn (West Coast). Here you have access to the whole house with two floors. Close to the sea and to the nice nature. Free parking by the house. A fantastic large balcony with barbecue grill and lounge area. A cozy outdoor space and two balconies with morning sun. Lawn to play on. The house is located up on the mountain and it is about 800 meters down to the sea. The house is rented out at least 7 nights consecutively.
