Welcome our idyllic summer house on Fjällsholmen, a peaceful, car-free island just south of Marstrand! Here you can enjoy nature with stunning views of the sea, directly from the living room. Swimming jetty for salty baths and access to the wood heated sauna with great sea view. Well planned house with spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Private boat ride that takes under 5 minutes from the mainland. Small motor boat included. No ferry connection. Commuting distance to Gothenburg in 40 minutes.

The house is located with a fantastic view right on the jetty at Rönnängs marina. Boats, birds, and other things pass by while sitting on the patio in the southwest location. Or if the weather is not the best thing, you sit inside by the fire and enjoy seeing the weather powers on the sea! The house has all the amenities including coffee machine, ice maker, 60" TV and fireplace. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There are 2 patios of which the larger one on the quay edge in south-west. 1 meter from water.

Welcome to a home beyond the ordinary. We have just finished building our fantastic guest house on the beautiful island of Tjörn in Bohuslän. The house is located 500 meters from the sea with a steep hill down to a swimming area with beach and rocks. It is close to Rönnäng and the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön. On Klädesholmen, there is the cozy restaurant Salt och Sill. It is 15 minutes by car to Skärhamn and, among other things, the Nordic Watercolor Museum. Plenty of hiking trails and other activities.

Our house is situated high and with a sea view. On the top floor there are four bedrooms with a double bed in three of them. The fourth has a single bed with an extra bed. There is a big room with a large sofa for hanging out with the family or friends or just enjoying the fantastic view. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a dining area and a sofa for relaxing or socialising. On this floor there is a large bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom. Garden is beautiful.
