Villa vacation rentals in Kundasang

I had a great stay at this Pampines Villa. The environment was peaceful, with a beautiful view, and the house was comfortable and well-maintained. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

The chalet features a beautiful view of Kota Kinabalu and comes with a BBQ pit (charcoal must be supplied by guests). The other amenities are well-maintained. There is a noticeable temperature difference between afternoon and night. Installing a mosquito net in the room would be helpful since there’s no air conditioning, and opening the windows can let in many moths. The host was very accommodating, allowing us a late checkout since there were no bookings for the following day. At one point, there was no hot water, but housekeeping promptly resolved the issue by changing the gas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Worth every penny! We all loved it here! Ms. Chen is very nice and kind hearted. We all felt like at home and my kids can scream as loudly as they want because of the place is very private. The view of the Kinabalu mountains was breathtaking. There is no words can be described how happy we were at the Bonsai Villa. The villa keeper is very helpful and responsive. They all are very nice person. We would love to come again here. Thank you Ms. Chen for your great and awesome hospitality. We miss your villa already. 🥹

amazing house. speechless to see the inside and the outside. 30 min from the Pekan kundasang, but nearby so many places to go.

Feel at home kind of stay. The place was kept well clean but could do better with the sofas. Thank you for providing the muslim friendly utensils too. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful with a very informative and friendly caretaker. We love our stay there. Thank you and keep updating your place.
