Very friendly host & excellent customer service! Went for the complimentary Japanese Yukata rental, the female staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She recommended well and was fast in styling us. Mountain view was superb. Very satisfied with all the amenities and kitchenware which made us feels like home. There is no Aircon as it's already very cold up there. The only con is that you will drive through a bumpy road with a lot of holes. Need to be cautious on driving slow and safe if you're driving smaller vehicles. Overall was a very good experience.

This was my first family trip along with my 9 months infant and we are so glad to spend two gorgeous days here at Izu Kogen via Hidden Hill! They aware we are travelling with baby and it is so heart warming to see baby cot and baby bath tub prepare up front without I actually request for it! ❤️ And the surrounding, especially the open view towards the majestic Kinabalu Mountain straight from the room is truly amazing! We enjoy the scenery and peaceful privacy vibe throughout the stay! The surrounding Japanese vibe and the yukata rental for photo shooting was another highlight for our trip, even many of our friends really thought we are in Japan! Thanks a lot to Hidden Hill for a wonderful staycation experience, hope to return again!

I had a fantastic stay at the bungalow in Kundasang! The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking, with Mount Kinabalu providing a stunning backdrop. Waking up to the golden sunrise amidst the clouds was an unforgettable experience. The accommodation was comfortable and conveniently equipped, making my stay incredibly pleasant. Highly recommend this wonderful retreat for anyone seeking a serene escape!
