Amazing me and my friends loved the night.

I loved this little apartment on a quiet street, yet close enough to the waterfront, restaurants, etc.

Val was a perfect host, kind and helpful . The apartment with small children is perfect. There were four of us with two small children and everything was perfect. The kids especially liked the huge terrace with a view of the sea and the quirky beds. There's a playground nearby and the amazing clean water beach that has never been crowded. The neighborhood is very quiet, calm, but there's a bigger shop and bigger cities nearby by car. It was a perfect vacation for us. Thank you

The place is really amazing. Because it’s renovated but historical building it’s having a great vibe and due to wide walls you don’t need to all the time put the AC on max and it’s still very comfortable inside. The way how it’s renovated is very gentle with keeping the historical details of the building and at the same time you’ve got all what the modern appartmant should have (Wi-Fi,smart tv, ac, etc). We have been there with two kids (2years, 4 years) and they were having a great time with playing in the garden and also in the place there are quite a lot of the spare toys for the kids. The area is perfect as it’s literally 150m from the pedestrian zone of the historical Lovran area, the grocery store is 100m and many nice restaurants as well. There is dedicated parking place and to the Lovran beach(es) you can walk (250-300m). We will for sure come back when we will plan to be in the area as this is the best choice.

Amazing suite with a great view, perfect for couples or single travelers. All the appliances needed for any length of stay are present, clea and of great quality. It is quite central in Istra and is easy to access too, by car or on foot. I checked in around 9PM after making the reservation around 6PM the same day, and Grazia and her husband were very responsive and nice, the apartment was ready when I arrived and I was personally guided through the apartment. I vividly recommend if you are visiting the surroundings or even simply if you want to sunbath in Opatija.

My brother and I had am amazing stay there! Isak was very friendly host and helped us settle in. The condo was clean, cozy and had everything you need! We will definitely be coming back.

The accommodation we liked very well. In terms of quality, however, the apartment leaves a few wishes open. So on the 1st day of our visit, the faucet broke, which, however, was immediately completely unstoppable and without fees. Furthermore, the water splashed out of the bowl when flushing the small toilet, even with the lid closed. The small shower also has a few blemishes and is leaking. But for the price it is quite fine. The pool, which was only used by us, is really great and is great for a quick cooling or a nocturnal swim. The friendliness of the host Ana and her daughter is highly commendable. In the beginning we got a Croatian welcome liquor in front of the nice tour of the apartment. Furthermore, Ana once gave us a tiramisu, which tasted really very good. Decisive for the 5 star of the place was probably the kindness of the hostess.

Beautiful apartment on 2 levels with a terrace with panoramic views of Opatija. You should not be afraid of the very many steps in Opatija. Very well equipped logelent with comfortable garden furniture in a very quiet area. The city and the lungomare are a beautiful discovery. Thanks to Christian for his hospitality and recommendations for visits and restaurants.

Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than we expected. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The swimming pool is just sublime. Inside and out, 10/10. Zoran gave us some awesome local recommendations. He is a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 min drive from the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must!

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

It is a drive up the mountain to get there but the views are definitely worth it! The place is clean, quiet and has everything you need. Doris and her daughter are very kind and friendly. We would love to stay there again if we visit Croatia again!

Great apartments (very well equipped kitchen!), clean and well maintained. Veronika was extremely accommodating (check out time), always very friendly and reachable. Highly recommended!

It was a great place to stay all around. Very clean, very quiet and everything you need. The apartment is very bright and friendly and enough space. We were personally welcomed by the landlord and there were even welcome gifts. Even in the bathroom, everything was already available. Domagoj was helpful, friendly and gave us good tips at all times. Despite the fact that the family lives in the house, you are alone and not intrusive. We had our dog with us, which was no problem at all. There was also a dog in the family's house. They were also very accommodating during check-in and check-out. Thank you very much for this great apartment. In total, we were on site for 1 week.

It was an unforgettable holiday. The view from the apartment directly to the sea, this mild climate still in October, all very special. We enjoyed being in this small but nice apartment very much. The location is perfect and fantastically beautiful. there is a private parking right in front of the house and has its own access to the sea by stairs, incomparable. The journey directly to the house is daring but doable. Mosquitoes are still very annoying in October. It was not an open supermarket at our time,shopping better in Labin. Gaststätte was an open and a pizzeria in the nearby campsite. Renata was very straightforward to reach and very helpful. The only negative thing to mention is that the description mentions a washing machine. At least this didn't exist for us. Otherwise everything was great and absolutely recommended. Would have liked to stay longer.

Liliana is a very friendly host and the apartment is well located, it has a private parking, and is super clean. It is equiped with everything you need and there is a balcony with a beautiful view on the sea. I would definately book this apartment again 🙂

We had an awesome stay at Fred's place. Our highlights were the outdoor kitchen and barbeque with a big dining table, the pool (+whirlpool) and the stunning olive garden. The communication with the host was very easy and we even got recommendations for nearby beaches & restaurants. We would recommend this amazing property 100%

Mira was fantastic. The apartment was thoroughly furnished and even had homemade dessert, water and fruit for me. Mira left tons of maps and literature. I stayed for a week, absolutely loved it. Quiet, with a wonderful garden overlooking the gulf. Quick walk from old town. Would absolutely stay again.

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Iva’s place was perfect! Had everything you could want - full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, large shower, comfy bed. There was a very thoughtful selection of other items like a clothes drying rack, wardrobe storage, writing desk, shampoo etc. Iva’s dad was very helpful in showing us around our room. Parking is not for the faint hearted; if you are used to narrow Croatian roads and are happy with reversing your car and turning around in tight spaces you will be fine! The location was very good, with a nice view and close walk to the castle.

For check-in and check-out we were greeted by Luana and her son Giuseppe. Very happy with your stay in Croatia. Everything is done to allow us to discover the city and surroundings. We enjoyed the setting and the calm! Recommended without hesitation.

Ana was incredibly responsive and welcoming, especially since we booked her apartment at the last minute. The location couldn’t have been better, with a variety of restaurants nearby, a scenic walkway by the water, and stunning views from the terrace! The apartment itself was fantastic—fully stocked with all the essentials and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

I had a fantastic stay at Adriano's place! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable—just as pictured. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants, cafes, and sights. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Rijeka!

It was really nice except for small defects ( ways to clean ) but super great! Everything available. Super big if you are traveling with children. We will be happy to come again. Recommended 99%
