House vacation rentals in Kufstein District

We (2 families) felt very comfortable. Homeowner lives in an in-law apartment in the basement. He was super helpful and friendly and very eager to give us a nice and pleasant stay. The house is huge and the garden is wonderful. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The view is great!!!! In our opinion, having a car on site makes sense. Our excursion destinations (Hexenwasser, Elmis Zauberwelt, and much more) are easy and uncomplicated to reach within 20 minutes by car. We had a great time and can only recommend the place. We will be happy to come back sometime.

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

We had the best time! The house is a dream, beautiful old touch but very modern and has everything one could wish for. we went on a hike in the mountains, did Pilates every morning on the deck with direct view on the mountains, enjoyed the hangout area in the sun and the pool, and Mark even made sure to bring more gas so we could Barbecue.

Fantastic experience, the house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was litterally as being at home, the house is full of love to details, everything is very curated and definitivly furnished with great taste and in the original Tirolean style and spirit. Host was comunicative, proactive and very kind. We will be back soon!

A rustic gem. The chalet is a little older but you don't need anything. The pool and surroundings are a dream come true. In the Sousterrain it is pleasantly cool (summer) and the pool is an absolute highlight. Markus was extremely friendly and accommodating and is available in an effort to make our stay pleasant. Simply great, we will be happy to come back

We loved staying at the Waldeck. The house is ideal for larger families or groups. It is super equipped, in the kitchen there is really everything you can imagine. Great is also the bar with foosball and dart machine. The surroundings are super quiet, a great contrast to the very crowded Achensee. Ideal for starting various hikes. We highly recommend the Waldeck cottage! The hosts are also totally friendly and helpful, whether it's restaurant recommendations or hiking routes. We would check back in there any time.

Very nice house with 4 bedrooms (1 with single beds). Everything is new and sparkling clean. Friendly host! Downtown Kirchberg yet quiet and close to the slopes.

We enjoyed it so much. The place is very nice, large and very neat. At the house there is a beautiful garden where the children can sleep wonderfully.

We LOVED our stay here! The house was perfect for our large group, and Nadine was even flexible with opening up an extra room on the ground floor for my handicapped MIL so she wouldn't have to climb the stairs. There were several great restaurants within walking distance and the gondola was also within walking distance. The house had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were very comfortable, and the little outside garden and seating area was so lovely and a very nice little retreat to enjoy the weather. Our only complaint was that we paid a refundable 200 euro cash breakage deposit when we arrived, but were only refunded 125 due to a tax that was not communicated to us prior. Otherwise, we highly highly recommend this home, would absolutely return, and even sent the listing to our friends who live locally to recommend to any of their visitors.

Stayed for a skiing week and were absolutely happy with the place. Everything working, nice and clean, amazing views, perfect location. Cozy fireplace indoors and outdoor, with a farmer butcher just around the corner, had them fresh ribeyes on a daily base! Handover with Michaela was easy and quick.

We had a wonderful stay at this great house and certainly weren't here for the last time! Our personal highlight was the fantastic sun terrace and the quiet location overlooking the mountains. The beds were extremely comfortable, the entire apartment and especially the kitchen were tip top equipped, so you felt right at home. Everything was sparkling clean and very lovingly prepared. The chalet was a very great choice for our holiday in Tyrol. The space is in a great location and super organized. The elevator is within easy walking distance (convenient) and has been actively used. Often we were able to enjoy the view of Tyrol from above. Simply impressive. Personally, I value a modern accommodation and easy handling, which was really easy and quick with Thomas. With tips and help regarding activities in the region, the Gatsgeber was always available and more than willing to provide them. The view of the mountains from the property was the highlight when getting up in the morning. The welcome breakfast surprised us very much and I have never before experienced it. Bun service from the local bakery included! Real love for detail :) Highly recommended for Tyrol lovers or Tyroleans.

the house stands out due to its very well preserved vintage (1970s?) interior design. granted, it has no internet, and the garden was not properly cared for (the owner specifically explained this to me before accepting my booking request, which was very professional of him), but the house itself and the experience of living in it for a couple of days totally made up for it! I would definitely return! :)

We felt super comfortable in this beautiful holiday home. All rooms were modern and clean and as described in the listing. We especially loved the e-bikes whose use was included in the price. Upon arrival in the apartment, we already found activities suggestions, hiking bike tour maps, so we could start directly planning our activities. We would book this accommodation again at any time.

The accommodation is a real fantasy. Unbeatable location if you want tranquility and nature. The views are dreamy and there's no lack of detail to spend a few days with friends or family. The location allows you to tour the surrounding areas for hiking or just visiting beautiful villages. The communication was perfect with both the company and the owner of the house. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is very cozy and very tastefully furnished. The kitchen has very extensive amenities and leaves nothing to be desired. The beds are comfy and cozy. The entire apartment was very clean and in very good condition! Communication with Eva was very easy and there was always a direct response to questions. A clear recommendation. We will be back if possible!
