Vacation rentals with beach access in Kufstein District

Amazing place, we're coming back here for the second time already. Beautiful appliances in a fabulous location. There is everything you need for a good rest and life. Very convenient location, all infrastructure is nearby. We were met by an extraordinary woman Marika, she is very pleasant, sweet and as a real hostess keeps the whole house clean and tidy and takes care of every guest. We highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back again :)

We had a great time at Rosenhof! With a view on the lake to have breakfast in the sun and sit in the hot tub in the afternoon, we will certainly miss it! We will be happy to come back :)

As we travel with a big family, for us accomodation it's important. The best view so far from our apartment. Plenty of parking spaces, easy to check in, pristine cleanliness and the most important- the apartment had all we needed. With 3 kids, we have to cook for ourselves mostly as they are very picky- on this note the place was great. Kitchen with all necessary to make our stay confortable. A lot of space for kids to walk in between the rooms, spacious, light, comfy, quiet. Just what we needed. The host was very easy to approach, we even got a breakfast after the cutoff, as in the first day we had no groceries prepared. We will definitely retun, same place to stay. 30 minutes from best tobogganing place ever- Soll and Going. Highly recommended.

Apartment no. 4 was really great, spacious, everything needed was available. There were coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. There was also a Nespresso milk frother. We found this to be the icing on the cake at the beautiful cozy apartment. Cozy sofa that could be extended electrically, with thick cozy pillows. Although dog friendly, there was no smell of dog anywhere and also from the neighboring apartment where there was a large dog, you didn't hear anything. Also children were in the beautiful old, great renovated house, we didn't hear them either. Nice quiet place! Especially at night. Great hikes can be started right at your doorstep. The bus probably only runs every hour and only until 7 pm. But by car you can quickly reach hiking areas and the town of Kufstein. All in all: a tick off the shot but really great, cozy and quiet. Definitely recommended!! We would come back!

Thanks so much for the nice days and great tips. The conservatory is so beautiful and really cozy even in bad weather. You can tell that Geri and Elisabeth lived in the apartment themselves for a long time. Everything is very well thought out and the furnishings are of very high quality. For example, underfloor heating in the conservatory and bathroom, superbly equipped kitchen, cozy beds. Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back.

Everything was great – the place was clean, well equipped (except possibly a cutting board, which could still be added) and exactly as described. Communication with the host was straightforward. Clear recommendation! Hiking can be done right outside the front door without problems and I can also recommend a trip to Kufstein and Thiersee.
