Clean and nice apartment at the very center of Ayvalık, very close to the public transportation and sea side. All the kitchen equipment was available at the house (even the things you may not expect to find) and Gizem was very helpful and available when we needed her during out stay. Would be happy to stay here again.

really amazing secluded place if you look for some peace and quiet in a small local town. very clean, nice and spacious rooms, they serve breakfast with local products every morning. staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. great choice especially for families, overall amazing experience!

Alp's apartment is very comfortable and is well located. The terrace is very nice and you are on the promenade within a few minutes. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy and Alper always wrote back quickly. We will be happy to come back!

We were very satisfied with the stay. Ms. Çağla was very interested from the beginning to the end of the process. She informed me about everything. The house was a very nicely decorated village house as seen in the pictures. It was very well cleaned. All kinds of needs were considered, and if you had immediate needs, it was provided immediately. We enjoyed spending time by the stove and on the terrace. Great home we can recommend...

The unit was as pictured in the listing. The bathroom was beautiful and the modern kitchen contained all that was needed for preparing the occasional meal. We were short some sheets when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and brought them to us. The narrow streets and lack of parking was a challenge as we were not accustomed to this, but it seems to be common at least in this part of Mytilene. Overall, would definitely recommend.

From the first communication we had, everything was accurate, clear and friendly to the moment we left the last house and clicked the car horn and left. We would like to thank Mr. Tufan and Ms. Yeliz for their friendly face and sincerity. We had a 4 night stay where we felt like we were staying in our own home with our wife and one and a half year old. You can choose with peace of mind.

This is the second time that I’ve stayed at this apartment. It’s in the city center, so close to the port. And clean always.. that’s why I prefer to stay there again. And Reigerts mom so friendly and helpful, ready to answer quickly. There is only one thing minus, the neighbour is little bit noisy, she was talking in the middle of the night with a man on street by hours.. Its like she is talking in your room because of the narrow street and soundproofing problem I guess.. But of course it’s not problem related with the host.

We loved our stay here. The location is nice and central within walking distance to a beautiful beach. The flat had all the amenities and was clean and well laid out. Would recommend.

Mikaela's place is wonderful, has a beautiful view and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage room for the size place. My wife and I stayed there for 9 nights and it was a great in many ways. It is very close to some restaurants that have delicious food. It is also close to anything else you need. We will definately book next year. Thanks Mikaela for making us feel so welcome and taking super care of us!!

Very clean and spacious house had a bathroom and tualet in every bedroom and they were very clean and the towels were freshly washed and spotless. The hosts were overly polite and friendly and welcomed us very well and smiling. The location of the house is also very nice and very close to the island of Cunda in a very nice and calm place. When I informed him that I would be coming with my newborn child, they added a crib for us, which made us very happy.

We had a very nice holiday. The location of the house was beautiful. The house was spotless. If I go to Ayvaliğ again, I would prefer this house again.

The house is quite large, ideal for large groups. Our experience was very pleasant. There is limited space to park, but the parking is like this for all Ayvalik. We left our car in one of the large parking lots on the beach and usually continued on foot, no need to drive in Ayvalik anyway. The house was generally clean. There was a water tank in the house to eliminate the water shortage throughout Ayvalık, we were never dehydrated. Ms. Dilara's mother, Ms. Şerife's mother, made us feel very good. Thanks for everything

For those who want to stay in the Greek house, the house of Ms. Hande and her husband is great, both of them are interested and I would like to say that everything is thought out, perfect for those staying in the house, I can say that everything is thought out, perfect, and there was an incredible anbians for eating and enjoying the view on the terrace. The house is only close to the center, there is no slope in the hill and Ayvalık.☺☺ In the year, we prefer Ms. Hande again. Thank you for everything, thank you for everything. 🙏😇
