I recommend it to those who are looking for a peaceful and beautiful holiday in the most tranquil parts of Bodrum. Ms. Gamze took care of everything one by one. She shared a very professional document and includes everything with us. He responded very quickly when I had questions though. The view and calmness of the house was my favorite part. A spotless home with everything we needed. We highly recommend Ms. Gamze's house.

We have met many hosts in different countries, different cities for years. However, we did not meet a host such as Mr. Emre, Mr. Süleyman and Ms. Feyza. Thank you so much for being so caring, so kind, and so sharing. The house was really incredibly clean. There was nothing missing from the kitchen supplies. The house was in the perfect location. The view and the sea were great. There's not a single thing to criticize. We were incredibly welcomed, they were very interested in us and we had a perfect vacation thanks to their interest. Thank you again for giving us a new friend, a new family. We would definitely recommend this place with peace of mind for those who prefer it. Hope to see you again.

This is one of the best villas I’ve stayed at. The location was like paradise with the private beach just for the villa complex being spotless and had crystal clear water. Our host was very accommodating and him and his wife- Denise were just wonderful people to be around. The atmosphere was out of this world and the edition was right next door allowing for some music! There is also many many rooms (4) so it’s perfect for a family just like we did.

Excellent location near many fantastic restaurants (our favorite was right next door with amazing sea food). A bit noisy due to the restaurants around but with the door closed it was fine. Right down to the beach so a quick morning or anytime swim was in reach. Responsive and very helpful host.

Both the villa and the interest and relevance were very nice. In addition, thank you again to Ms. Münevver and her husband, Mr. Cem, for the gift. A place to stay with peace of mind, clean and everything you need.

We loved this house. House was clean and all AC machines were working. There were so many towels alao for beach. There was always hot water. Host Mehmet was very kindly and friendly. If we will have a chance to come Bodrum again, we will select this house again for sure. We highly recommend this house.

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Our stay in this house left only pleasant impressions! 🏡✨ The house is very cozy and the panoramic view is just magical - every morning started with stunning scenery that lifted our spirits. 🌅 There were some minor comments on the quality of cleaning upon check-in, but the host responded instantly and organized a re-cleaning, so the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, the host was incredibly responsive: promptly helped with any issues, ordered extra blankets and comforter covers, cleaned the pool and even fixed the air conditioning. Was always on call and responded almost instantly. 📞 All in all, the vacation was comfortable and we were pleased with both the house itself and the attentiveness of the host. We had a wonderful time at the villa in Türkbükü! The house is lovingly furnished and super equipped – there was nothing missing. The terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea over olive trees was our favorite place. At the beginning of April, the weather was initially rainy, but cozy thanks to the heating air conditioning. After that it got sunny and warm – we could even swim in the sea. The wifi was stable and fast. Özlem was warm, helpful and always easily accessible and gave us super tips for restaurants and excursions. Although the swimming pool on the nearby beach was not yet fully built, we were allowed to use it – and actually had the beautiful beach all to ourselves! The peace and nature were fantastic. The value for money is absolutely right. We'll be back!!

Thanks to Ms. Bedriye, she was very kind and helpful, and the house is quite sufficient and full price performance. If I were to come back to the basement, I would like to stay in the same place again.

We had a wonderful stay at Köksal’s villa! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Whatever we needed, he was quick to respond and assist, which made us feel truly welcomed. The villa itself was spotless—so clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We especially loved the pool and the beautiful outdoor area. The neighborhood was peaceful and just a short 5-minute walk to shops and other local spots. As foreigners visiting Bodrum, we really appreciated Köksal’s local recommendations—they helped us discover great places and enjoy our time to the fullest. This was truly a great experience, and we’re so glad we chose to stay here!

Even though it was October in this villa, we had unforgettable days from the summer with a warm weather. The villa greeted us with its magnificent view when we first entered. The furniture is stylish, modern and very tastefully furnished, it made us feel special from the first moment. It was a magnificent detail that all bedrooms had unobstructed views of the sea and had their own bathroom-WC in each room. We didn't have a fight in which room to stay in:) All the items you might need in the kitchen have been considered. We prepared both breakfast and dinner just by shopping for Sundays and Groceries. In fact, we intended to have breakfast in the villa and eat out in the evening. But we didn't want to miss that gorgeous sunset with a view of the kitchen. Cooking had never been such a pleasure. The barbecue corner of the villa was also very well thought out. We enjoyed a nice barbecue on a warm Mediterranean evening. It was also easy for us to have a washing machine and dryer. We have a good reason to choose the villa again.

We stayed with a friend and my dog for 1 week to get away from Istanbul and relax. The house is incredibly pleasant, you can enjoy the terrace on every floor with a perfect view. If you're into the kitchen, there's everything from A to Z. You can stay in this great location without thinking in summer and winter, we recommend.

Our stay was lovely, the place was clean, and the staff were really nice, lovely pool, and good restaurant, we had a 10% discount on all items on the menu, we recommend their special breakfast with great varieties, we had it almost every day of our stay. good parking space, good location, there is a lovely street on the sea with restaurants and souvenir shops behind the compound, highly recommend this place if you're looking to have a great time in Bodrum. thumbs up !

We stayed here for a month and really felt right at home. Mr. Harun and his family were very friendly and answered our questions quickly and offered a solution. The house is located with the most beautiful view of the site, but since it is on the hill, the drive to and from the pool to the sea has been tiring on some days.(It can also go up and down with stairs that want to walk, but since we had a baby, we had a lot of burdens.) Overall, it was a clean, peaceful house that met all its needs.
