The place is just across the beach with lots of restaurants to choose to with amazing view of both ocean and forest. Definitely a worth place to stay.

Nice clean apartment complete with stove, fridge and plates and cutlery. Located at ground floor level and near to pool, open hall and sports facilities

Comfy space in a strategic area. There's a small convenience store downstairs, so can get things without having to drive out as well. The washer is a plus too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rosida's house. The location was fantastic and the value for money was exceptional.

The best homestay and suitable for big families. Host provided aircond for each room and the COWAY helps a lot to save our money instead of buying mineral waters outside. It is located at housing residential area so it provides peaceful environment. Will definitely book this homestay again and recommended to anyone who wants to stay at Sg Petani for travelling/leisure purposes. Thank you N.A Homestay!

I had a wonderful stay at Mariani’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always available to answer any questions or provide assistance. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The place was nice and spacious. It gave us a good feeling about the place. Went with elderly people and a toddler so I was quite concerned about the environment, cleanliness and etc. but the place didn’t disappoint at all. We were very happy and the host was very accommodating and gave us prompt replies on helped on anything we asked during our stay. Decent place and well maintained. If there’s something that could be improved, it would be the pocket WiFi strength. But if you are going to spend a lot of time visiting places outside then this is not a major concern and anyway the listing has already mentioned that the house only has a pocket wifi, just that the strength wasn’t as desired, but it’s okay. Otherwise it was a great stay and we loved it!! Perfect! Thank you for a wonderful experience 🙏🏽

We had a a fantastic 49 night stay The condo was as pictured in the listing so no surprises. The kitchen was fully equipped, the 3 double mattresses were all the same, - quite firm but comfortable. We slept well thanks to the quiet neighborhood, no passing traffic although there was occasional noise from nearby units it was never prolonged enough to annoy us. The location is great. Even though we had a motorbike we would walk to local food courts (2), supermarkets (2) as well as numerous good coffee shops and specialty restaurants - everything was there. There is a view to the hills from the small balcony which gets the afternoon sun but there are blinds to block this when needed. The tv & internet worked fine as did the air conditioners. Ended up needing to use only 1 of the 4 a/c's fitted. Both bathrooms are full wet rooms, the hot water was there if needed, no problems at all. Wendy was quick to help, even replacing the toaster that failed on us. Excellent value for $$$, will return
