Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kuala Muda District

This is our second time in Penang. We tried both accommodations from the same host, and we love them. We communicated well with the host, and a group chat will be created prior to the trip. The property is located about 5-10 minutes walk away from the malls, and there are ample public parking spaces if you are driving. The photos are accurate descriptions of the rooms.

This place is really cool, well decorated and renovated. Great location near the heart of Georgetown. Will definitely come back next time we come to town. Also, the host was great, they came to check on us after check in to make sure everything was ok. They also sent us a great list of things to do and restaurants to eat at. Couldn’t be more pleased with everything. Highly recommend!!

We were a group of more than 20 people, and this place stood out for us. Happy we booked this house which is near to many places that we wanted to visit. The house was great with all amenities that we needed. The hosts are very responsive and are ready to help you anytime. We had an aircon issue on day 1, and the host came down to fix it personally for us. This place is definitely recommended for big groups and families. Would surely come back in future!😀

The stay was great. i think the most enjoyable coz the house got the lego area for the kids and game room for adult activities.. all family activty is all in place. the bed n sheet also very comfartable to sleep.. kalau nak family gathering, this place is worth to spend cause big family can fit. will repeat for north family gathering.

Nikky is a charming caring host. Every consideration in fitting out this well equipped apartment. All of our needs were anticipated. Great kitchen, clean linen and towels provided. Fluffy pillows the apartment was decorated beautifully. Wonderful peaceful balcony overlooking the tennis court and pool, away from the noisy night clubs. Sanglee’s place is perfect for family get together and recreational plans to visit places around or just stay-in to relax and bond with beautiful mountain forest view from the balcony. Elderly ones in the group enjoyed having fun by staying in, cooking, karaoke, also by visiting places around at night and day time. Highly recommended! 🫶

The cosy spacious apartment with spectacular view. Located in a peaceful area close to nature (you can oversee numerous birds and monkeys directly from the balcony). The apartment has everything for a comfortable life and even more. The pool in a condo is clean and mostly empty. The guards were friendly. There were no problems in a month.

Great sized apartment with all amenities. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Good building with small convenience stores downstairs & only a short Grab ride or bus to old town. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again Thank you
