Beautiful accommodation, stylish and cozy interior, incredible panoramic windows, perfect cleanliness, all the necessary amenities for life, we felt at home here. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, there are supermarkets, cafes and a good store right in the building — it is very convenient. Olga is an incredibly responsive and kind hostess, she was flexible with check-in and check-out times. This place left us with only positive emotions, and I will be happy to come back here again!

The best home experience I've ever had

great, cozy apartment) there is a cafe nearby, a point of immobility. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the center, which is very convenient. There was no noise, despite the fact that the apartment is next to the road. the only disadvantage is the absence of self check-in and it was necessary to move around with locks, but then) the apartment is clean, all amenities are available (from a heater to interesting books). Andrei is a pleasant and friendly host. I sincerely recommend)

The apartment was very pleasant and suited my family. Despite the verness, there was warm, hot water,hot water. During light outages, it was easy to find active cafes ( with genators) where you can spend time. In a word, Arcadia! Relatively cleanliness is a professional's hand. My wife is delighted! There is a minus elevator often turned off due to light outages and we had to go up to the 3rd floor by stairs. But this is already a mousetrap. Natalia, thank you for staying at such a difficult time without losing as a low price. I understand that the cost of such apartments is underrated. Unfortunately, the war. Good luck !

Location is very central and nice. Parking, supermarket, restrants, all are very near and Homwoener is very freindly and helper person. We will reservation again wiht Eldar

Beautiful, clean apartment with great location. Located in a gated community with kids playground and lot of space to walk. This place was equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Very comfortable beds. Enough space to sleep 4 people. 2 grocery stores within 5 min walking distance. farmers market nearby. Beach is located within 10-15 minutes walk. The host was very helpful and nice. All questions/problems were resolved within an hour. I will recommend staying in this wonderful place.

Very nice , spacious apartment in a good location . Arcadia where there are many cafes , restaurants and shopping centers only 200 m away. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for comfort. Nice terrace with a warm jacuzzi that I didn't want to leave . Definitely one of the best options for this price. We'll definitely be back .

Vikor’s place is amazing and the views from the balcony are beautiful. The space is well equipped and very comfortable in an amazing part of the city.

The apartment has everything for relaxing with family. The apartment is warm, bright and clean + wonderful view of the Cathedral. Be prepared for the stairs with the apartment on the 5th floor with no elevator)
