The apartment is in a good location, many restaurants and sightseeing within walking distance. The host was very helpful with pointing out good places to get food. Overall a very good option if someone is looking for a vacation stay in Split.

I really enjoyed my stay at Denis. The photos are true, even better! Clean, cozy. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Denis is always in touch and ready to help, thank you! From the residence to the beach, it takes 5-7 minutes to take a leisurely walk. The shops and bazaar are a short walk away, 7 minutes by car. The town of Fažana itself is small, but has all the delights of the big city - an ancient center, a beautiful promenade, a wonderful beach, a small port. From here it is convenient to drive to Rowena, Labin and other towns. Brijuni Reserve opposite Fažana, from Denis balcony it is perfectly visible. We hope to relax again at Denis. We recommend Denis to everyone. THANK YOU)))

Great, comfy spot! Was perfect for a couple, but plenty of room for a couple more adults. Parking was easy and convenient. Host was very responsive and offered great instructions and recommendations. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Wonderful stay! Martina communicated with us before we arrived and met us on arrival. So nice! We got a bigger apartment than we had booked. What a location above Lovran for the great house, and what a garden! Quiet and peaceful. Very nice host family. We met 3 generations. Last night Martina brought us homemade apple cake. We can recommend this place! We would gladly come again!

Kristina was extremely friendly, helpful and communicative. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with gorgeous surroundings. The property is extremely well equipped, immaculately maintained and very clean. We honestly hope to be back and enjoy this amazing place once again.

We stayed with 5 people, there is nothing to complain about very nice apartment, nice and clean and enough space. Also in front of the door you could make nice with a cup of coffee or tea. It was a very nice experience and definitely recommend it! Thank you Veronika also for hospitality!!! :)

Very good location for this charming apartment, very close to the city as well as the sea. Superb quiet terrace with a beautiful view and accessible and responsive hosts. Perfect!

We had a wonderful holiday in Croatia It should be said to Nicole's apartment that it is very clean and tidy. It is equipped with everything you could could ever need and you feel comfortable. From there, many attractions are well reached by car. It is also very quiet. But you have to say that the pictures are a bit confusing. I would recommend booking this apartment for two at most. All in all we were very satisfied. Nicole is a friendly and helpful host and we will be happy to come back :)

We had a nice family vacation .

Apartment is in quiet part of Rovinj , 15 minuts by foot to the old town, close to the seaside. You can walk to nearest beach its not far. It is convinent for visit beautifull Rovinj and also swim at the beach. Parking place is available behind the gate.

Erna is a super friendly and responsive host! Apartment is close to two beaches (5 min by foot), 10 min to supermarkets and cafes, and bus stops. Calm and comfortable place, with a lot of rural areas around. We stayed with two kids and were totally satisfied)).

Very nice and well maintained apartment, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and private parking in the underground garage. Highly recommended!

Absolute dream accommodation, it doesn't get any better! I've been to a lot of places, but this one was by far the most beautiful I've ever been to! The surroundings are simply fantastically quiet, idyllic and perfect for switching off. The host is an incredibly nice and warm person where you feel welcome immediately. The place itself was superbly maintained, lovingly decorated and there was nothing missing. Especially the pool was a real highlight – beautiful, clean and ideal for relaxing. we had a lovely time in this house, a little hidden in a village near Rijeka. this house is ideal for visiting the area in Croatia as well as in Slovenia as in Italy. Despite these few electric curiosities, the house is perfectly functional. Host deserves their Superhost title. He is very responsive and gave us a very nice meal that he made in his restaurant. We slept very well. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the TV as we do not speak Croatian, but I think for people who speak Croatian, the installation is ideal. the wifi worked very well. I would recommend this place for a great value.
