Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Krems an der Donau

First vacation together as a young family. Great place and surroundings to switch off but also to plan excursions.

Gladly again! With 7 people, we tested the maximum occupancy and were satisfied. The fact that there is only one bathroom with toilet was clear from the beginning. Thank you for the space and for the quick responses.

There were twelve of us in the house for 2 nights. Something particularly pleasant is that there was enough space for all of us in the dining and living area, so we could comfortably eat and sit together. (:

It's incredibly spacious and has a loft feel to it. The kitchen and bathroom are perfectly equipped and clean. The view is unique. The location gives a special vibe. Clemens is extremely helpful, and the seemingly complicated check-in was easy with his detailed instructions. The ping-pong table was especially fun. I recommend it for families with teenage children.

I have already been to the beautiful house for the third time and enjoy the seclusion and tranquility very much. Karin came by on the first day and greeted me warmly - Thanks for the "shop talk" ;0) We’ll be in touch again soon. I'd love to come back!

Perfect house for a family with two children. The location is peaceful, with incredible scenery and plenty of hiking opportunities nearby. Alexandra is a wonderful host; we'll be back!

Evrything was great and the host was nice and friendly.

We stayed a week in the apartment in April 2025. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very well-equipped ,much better than most apartment. Stove,oven,microwave two different coffee machines, washing machine, dryer, blender, kettle and toaster. Everything was available and very clean. Even there was a small private garden that we liked to use. Especially easy was the front door lock to get into the apartment, you got a code from Matthias. You don't need a bowl or map . The contact with Matthias was very easy and friendly. He had good insider tips and helped with all the problems immediately. We want to thank you again for the welcome. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, on the first drive the apartment was a bit difficult to find and it lays on a hill. The apartment is a 5-10 min walk from town. We really recommend the apartment. Thanks for everything

The accommodation in Neulengbach is really great, we stayed there for two and by far not exhausted everything this apartment has to offer. (Fully well equipped kitchen, balcony, small collection of DVDs and books, …) The apartment was spotlessly clean, there were both towels and shower room and shampoo in the bathroom. Two cuddly blankets were ready for frostbite. The kitchen had six spices, tea and coffee selection, and things like dish soap. I've already seen something completely different in vacation rentals. The charging station in front of the house is super convenient. She didn't work at first, but not an hour after my message, Maria's husband was there and fixed the problem. What more could you ask for? 🤩

very lovely and friendly accommodation

The house is located in a beautiful area, making it possible to take walks among vineyards and orchards. It is easy to walk to the banks of the Danube, on the other side of which is the famous Durnstein. You can also take a walk through the vineyards in the surrounding hills. Rossatz is a pretty old town with some charming streets, and the area has good restaurants. It is easy to get to Vienna from Rossatz, it only takes an hour by car. The flat is comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities, and Katya is a wonderful and helpful host.

Such a beautiful apartment in a peaceful neighbourhood. Everything was pristine clean and spacious, with a lot of amenities already there - kitchen and bathroom. I felt right at home! The winter garden is absolutely stunning, a favorite place to drink coffee and read. Grocery stores and food also nearby. I can 100% recommend this stay.

Accommodation was exactly as described. Very quiet location. There was everything you needed to cook yourself etc... The communication with Karin was also very nice - I got all the information I needed in advance for the stay. Karin also provided a homemade ribisl jam as a welcome gift, thank you for that :) Definitely recommend.
