Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than we expected. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The swimming pool is just sublime. Inside and out, 10/10. Zoran gave us some awesome local recommendations. He is a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 min drive from the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must!

Great house including pool and terrace with barbecue station - nothing is missing! It was a nice time, the children immediately felt comfortable. Small attentions and great hospitality particularly surprised us.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Very nice apartment and incredible views. Very friendly people and everything easy to reach. Best tip by car 3 minutes away. Bakery Peric - Burek with cheese and yogurt. Very tasty. Vesna is a very reliable and attentive person. Everything was there that desires. Happy to recommend

We spent a wonderful week of vacation in Gracijano's cottage. If you are looking for peace and nature, you will find it here. On top, there are still super cute friendly animals to love. Not only children will get their money's worth here;) The cottage is a dream, you feel right at home, as well as the lovingly landscaped garden including views of the mountains and pool invites you to relax. The host family is super friendly, helpful and spoiled us with local delicacies. We decided to come back.

We were completely satisfied. I loved the view best. The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything you need. The apartment is located directly on the promenade, from where you can walk for a long time on the coast and restaurants are also directly accessible.

We had an awesome stay at Fred's place. Our highlights were the outdoor kitchen and barbeque with a big dining table, the pool (+whirlpool) and the stunning olive garden. The communication with the host was very easy and we even got recommendations for nearby beaches & restaurants. We would recommend this amazing property 100%

We were in the second half of September and thus towards the end of the holiday season in Njivice. Hrvoje's place is very nicely decorated and very clean, nothing is missing. From the balcony you can already see the sea, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The water and beaches are beautiful and also sparkling clean. There are many great restaurants in the center of the village. We felt completely comfortable. Hrvoje was always quickly accessible and very friendly. After a thunderstorm, we had a power outage, which Hrvoje took care of very quickly. We highly recommend Hrvoje as a host and his great apartment!
