The apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator) and is equipped with a small anteroom, living room, dining room, bedroom with French double bed (160 cmx200cm), as well as a small newly renovated bathroom with shower. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the terrace with magnificent views of the Sonnwendjoch.

A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.

In the kitchen, you will find all the utensils and appliances you need for cooking. A dishwasher is also built in and a large dining table is available.
