Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kramsach

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. Just beautiful! We felt very comfortable and would have preferred not to move out at all. The area is a dream, everything important is within walking distance, you are super fast at the lake and the house is also beautiful. We really didn't miss anything. Everything was also provided for our children, changing mat, high chair... Everything was there. Our dog was also welcome, which pleased us very much, as it is not easy to find nice accommodations with a dog. It was very quiet and we had lots of space. The terrace is huge and the sauna is also great! I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you for everything!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Beautiful getaway in Thomas's cottage. Everything you need in the house was available. Good location to the ski resort and short distances for shopping. We can only recommend it.

Great place to stay highly recommend

What a beautiful home in a stunning location. The home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a large living/dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There is a cellar downstairs with washing machine. There is a separate outdoor eating area with BBQ. The garden overlooks the lake and the house has beautiful views. There are some lovely walking trails at the back of the house which are worth exploring. The home was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. A real home from home. The location is fantastic, close to the lake and within walking distance of the Seehaus restaurant on the lake and local shops and amenities. Communication with Alison and Robert was good throughout and they were able to give us some information about local events. A lovely stay and if we come back to the area we would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

Haus Wildbach is perfectly located for skiing, as you can walk to the gondola on the Winklmoosalm in two minutes. The property offers a well-equipped ski room. The associated garden is huge and is right by a stream. The seating and the fire pit continue to enhance the garden. We highly recommend Andrea's house and will be back.

We loved our stay here in Seefeld! Clemens is an amazing host. He was incredibly quick to respond to any message. The apartment had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

All as described and great location for accessing town and mountains

We enjoyed our vacation in the very nice, new and well-kept as well as quiet apartment very much. Communication was always impeccable and very fast. There were no issues at all. We would love to vacation there again at any time. The possibility to park our car directly in front of the door in the yard was also perfect.

Apartment we stay in was like untouched and has everything you need. Christoph welcomed us and explained everything.

Fantastic location, walkable to town and close to transit routes. Everthing needed at your doorstep (groceries, restaurants, bakeries) Loft was spotless and well appointed with all the necessities for an independent stay. We stayed here midway through a 3 week tour and it was a welcome break from hotels. We enjoyed some home cooking and the ability to do laundry. We would highly recommend The Loft!

Karin's place was perfect for our ski trip. It was spacious, clean, and in great condition. We enjoyed the soft tub and the sauna after skiing each day. The location was great too - close to the train station (but we didn't hear the trains at night) and a short walk to a free bus that's just a couple minutes from the gondola. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great stay!

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely want to visit here again. Thanks alot Cristina and Ernst :)

I booked this place for four friends from Lithuania - everyone loved it.

The apartment is fantastic and perfectly located in Schliersee. The photos almost don't do it justice. We felt more than comfortable with Rainer and his wife. The two welcomed us with fruit, snacks and many good tips and were very caring! Thank you both! We will be happy to come back!

Vera's place was very comfortable and beautifully located in the countryside. Perfect starting point for hiking on the Nordkette and the city is within walking distance.

The housing is great in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious and very clean with all its kitchen and salon but the floor needs some attention or change. Thank you.

Barbara and Klaus are friendly and very helpful hosts. The place is cosy and well equipped. There was a nice homemade cake awaiting for us in the kitchen and the kids were gifted chocolate and plush toys too. What a warm welcome!
