Great stay at Justyna's! The location is literally perfect, just around the corner of the city's Grand Place! The apartment is large and well equipped. I recommend changing mattresses that are a little hard. You can also feel a bit like the springs of the mattresses. No noise as the windows open to the back, and not to the Grand Place side. I needed to do laundry, and Justyna gave me the key to the small room where the washing machine is located. Very happy stay!

Stayed for one night so the kitchen had the necessary things but we didnt cook so dont know about that. Wifi was good. Very cozy, oldschool vibes, high ceiling, everything was clean. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, towels, had a balcony. Didnt hear the neighbors, didnt see many people around. Nice

Perfect place for a family. Lots of space for large suitcases. The bathroom was clean. The kitchen included everything for cooking. The sofa was a bit hard.

Anastasia&Lila was very kind and the instructions were clear. The room is just like the photos. Everything seemed clean and there were enough towels and sheets. Anastasia&Lila provided us also with tea and coffee. The location is perfect. Both Old Town and the Kazimierz is 15 minutes away even less by bus, tram or train. The stops are 5 minutes away. There are also nearby many mini markets and a playground.

Great apartment, spacious and cozy, good location, close to the old town (5 minutes by foot). It has all the amenities. We enjoyed our stay!

parking is a bit tight. that is the only down fall if at all. parking seems tight everywhere. everything within the control of this unit was perfect for me

Since this is a apartohotel, it offers the 24 hour security/information at the front desk which is a huge plus for those that are unfamiliar with Krakow. There is a super market (Jubilat) a block away which is where we got our staples for breakfast and cooked in the apartment. We had the apartment with the balcony and it was a welcome spot for relaxing after exploring. Apartment was spotless, compact but enough for what we needed. Housekeeping comes daily if needed (which is also a plus). Laundry and ironing is on the 5th floor. Overall I would stay here again!

We just stayed for one night but really enjoyed the apartment and city! The location of the apartment is so convenient as it’s very close to the old town centre. It was very clean and the bed was comfy!

Perfect place for two people! The apartment was very conveniently located in the heart of Old Town. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable and roomy. projector was a great surprise!

The host was very accommodating, responded very promptly and quickly, always resolved everything. I recommend, the communication was on TOP level! :) :) The apartment has a very good location - a person who does not have a car this is a great location, you can get everywhere on foot, the center of Krakow is like in the palm of your hand. The advantage is also the proximity of shops - 1 minute from the apartment you will find both Žabka and Biedronka. The equipment of the apartment is sufficient for a short stay. You can make tea or coffee, cook and bake. The neighborhood of the apartment is great, the apartment is situated on the inner side, so you do not hear the noise from the city. As a student, I had the space and conditions to work in the apartment.

Very nice place for both shorter and long stays. Nearby shops, bakeries, park. Very close to the Market Square and most attractions. The apartment is very clean, Olga is a friendly and communicative person. I recommend!

Had a few days away. 4 people and we had both apartments. Great places to stay for a quick break. Straight in and followed clear instructions. Found everything and we were able to quickly check in and go out to explore. Only a few minutes to the main square and plenty of bars and restaurants. Alexander was great in organising our trip to Auschwitz for the day. Very organised and speedy with his responses. Will recommend and definitely come back. Thanks

The room is a very good choice since it is just 5 minutes from the main square. The owner was impeccable, very kind, and served us in everything we needed. The view from the room is great and you can hear the trumpet from the main temple. Very positive is the fact that you can leave your things in the room on the day of checkout, so you can enjoy your walk without weight. The only thing that was difficult for us was the absence of an elevator, so we had to go up to the fifth with the stairs and we were already very tired from the city tour. The bed was also one of the most comfortable I've encountered. Overall it was a very good experience. Thank you!!
