GEM IN A PLACE WHERE TIME STOOD STILL The best thing about this place is the location - right next to the sea in the tiny town of Zaglav. Peaceful, quiet, beautiful surroundings. You can jump into the sea right after walking out of the house. The view from the terrace is beautiful. This is the Host’s family home - on the second floor of which there are 4 studio apartments that have a shared outside entrance via stairs. The terrace of the apartments have some partitions but they are shared so in the end of the day not fully private. The studio (we stayed in no 2, then no 4 as we extended our stay, and Petra was kind enough to book us in) is modern, clean and has all the basics. Bathroom specially nice. Everything was very clean, and the AC works well. Parking is in front of the building, very practical. My only criticism would be the beds - they are doubles but there is a big gap between the two mattresses and we did not find them too comfortable. Petra is a great host.

The accommodation was great, we loved our stay, also because of the lovely and very attentive hostess, with whom you could always talk and exchange ideas. An example, we had discovered the fig tree in the garden and my wife loves figs. I had asked if I could do a few and then when I was cheerful in the apartment with two, a short time later an entire bowl of figs stood in front of our door. Such nice gestures were always present during the stay. You can tell that the guests and it's fun with each other and that's great, so a nice vibe and a good feeling come up. We will be very happy to come back and thank you for the great stay! The place is always recommended for everyone. Thank you!

If you are visiting Zadar and you have the budget, you dont need to look for anything else. By far my best experience of AirBNB. The host is extremely friendly and super responsive. We wanted a short extension (around 1 hour) for checkout and she did not rush us out, gave us ample time. The place itself is extraordinary with a huge terrace facing the ocean in centre. Very lively place with all good restaurants and bars in walking distance. The host is very thoughtful and kept the house stocked with all necessary amenities. She also gave a bottle of wine and pack of chocolates as welcome gift. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting zadar.

The place was just awesome! The furnishings are really great (exactly our style!). It was extremely clean and Tonka greeted us personally and was extremely warm. The location of the property is perfect for visiting Zadar or even Paklenica National Park. We felt very comfortable and was something of the best we had so far.

Great modern villa with a handy supermarket just over the road. Felt very clean, had three large double rooms and a swimming pool (which sadly I didn't get to use due to the weather) Private at the time I was there as the neighbor in the house that overlooks was away. The host had great communication with me throughout the stay and I felt safe and comfortable in the location. Unfortunately during my stay they were digging up the road so it was very noisy most of the day. A real shame as I currently live on a building site at home and would loved some quiet- but that is no fault of the owner- just unfortunate. The weekends were blissfully quiet though- with the chickens clucking away instead. Loved the little apartment round the back- super en suite shower room! We had excellent time at Ena's place and no doubt it is for sure up to marks. Stunning views and peaceful place. Appt was ideal and complete Solta island experience was great. All information's were given upfront and Ena is no short off great ideas about Solta island trips, people and places. One of best holiday we had. THANKS again for ALL and good luck!

Place is highly recommended. The host speaks fluent English and had a solution ready for a problem. Unfortunately, the private loungers on the private beach were very hard and some broken, but the selection was still large. The way to the beach is very short.

It was a fantastic place to stay. Calm and above all a lot of flowers and green. Super close to the water. It was among the better places hunted at 10av10 points 👍👍😀
