Welcome to the beautiful wine village of Großkarlbach and to our small guest apartment. Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. Within walking distance are restaurants, wine bars and many wineries and culturally Großkarlbach also offers a nice program, such as the Long Night of Jazz. Families with children are very welcome.

Comfortable apartment in the historic vineyard

The historic winery was built in 1864 and has been under renovation of buildings for several years. Since 2018 it is called "Grünwalder Hof". At the same time, we are also building the viticulture deducted from the previous owners step by step. In the meantime, all water, electric and gas supply has also been completely renewed and a low-temperature condensing heater has also been installed. Aldi and Rewe are removed around 170 and 260 meters, respectively.

Welcome to our cozy country house idyll in Flomborn! Together with our two children and a cat, Roman and I live in the old sandstone house with a beautiful garden and rent our adjoining apartment overlooking the countryside. Can be used very well as a starting point for hikes, mountain bike or road bike rides. As a hobby cyclist and hikers, I would like to provide information / routes. Nap corner: suite in the heart of nature

The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.

Our former stonemason farm, which is over 280 years old, offers plenty of surprises. On the way to your accommodation, you will cross a vineyard-covered courtyard. You will stay in our quiet guest apartment. From the bedroom you can look at the famous Wachtenburg. For wine lovers, Wachenheim is a must. The property is particularly suitable for short and active vacations. Bikes are welcome to bring along and safely stored in our yard.

Enjoy your stay in a newly renovated semi-detached house overlooking the Donnersberg Mountain. Conveniently located minutes from the highway, the apartment offers perfect connections to the Niebelungenstadt Worms, Kaiserslautern, Mainz, Mannheim and Frankfurt. Enjoy the tranquility of the place, which invites you to hike or linger in nature, or relax on a city trip to learn more about the history of the North Palatinate.

In Alsace, accommodation with pool, jacuzzi and sauna

Sabine and Christian welcome you to their home, in a quiet and cozy area with pool and sauna. You have a flat on one level with the garden, below their home. Ideal for one or two couples, solo or with family (up to 6 people), you will have a pleasant and comfortable time. 1 hour from Strasbourg, 1 hour from Baden-Baden in Germany, Wissembourg is ideally placed to discover Alsace and the Rhine country.

The slightly different room

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Ideal for a relaxing overnight stay after a strenuous hike or bike ride. However, the really small room is not suitable for a longer stay as there is no TV or a comfortable sofa. The spacious double bed is right at the entrance and fills almost the entire room (see pictures)
