Es gibt 2 Betten, die stockförmig gebaut wurden, einen Kühlschrank, eine Couch, eine Kochstelle, Waschen/Duschen ist möglich. Der Garten, sowie der Hof können mitbenutzt werden & im Haus ist auch meist ein*e Ansprechpartner*in.

Helles lichtes Wohnzimmer mit Seeblick und Terrasse, sowie überdachter Sonnenterrasse - moderne Küche - ein Duschbad und ein zweites Bad mit Doppelbadewanne, Klimaanlage und sehr großer Fernsehbildschirm, gemütliche Riesencouch zum Faulenzen. Alles kaum 4 km von Speyer weg direkt an einem Naturschutzgebiet. Gänse und Schwäne kommen morens zu Besuch.

My apartment, stars with balcony, air-conditioned, fast internet, centrally located, 1x free parking space, high-quality apartment in the heart of Frankenthal/Palatinate, Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, 3-4 minutes from the main train station and 2-3 minutes from the city center. There are many restaurants and cafés in the immediate distance. The apartment is completely barrier-free with an elevator and of course has a large, walk-in daylight bathroom and shower.
