Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Koundouros

Soli and Teo’s place was absolutely perfect! They greeted us like friends and gave us all the informations we needed and pointed us to the most beautiful beaches and most practical amenities. Our kids loved playing on the terrace with the kittens while we chilled on the hamac with the beautiful view on the sea. The house is located next to Konduros and Pisses on the west and the ruins of Karthea on the east, making it a great base to explore the island.

We stayed with our family and used three bedrooms. Bed linen and pillows are lovely, the mattresses are a little worse, but this is individual. We especially appreciated the set of plates, we love the beautifully set tables). Nice furniture, absolutely wonderful terrace, there are necessary items. We were a little confused by the thin walls - you could hear the water being flushed in the neighboring rooms... and yes, the absolutely beautiful sea, a clean, sandy beach, suitable for both adults and children. A modern and designed apartment in the centre of Lavrion. Only some steps to tavernas, bars and shops, only some minutes to habour (ferryboat). Sophia is a charming and perfect host. We enjoyed her personally served and nice breakfast in the apartment. We found a lot of parking space in the street in front of the house.

Camille's house is very beautiful, thoughtful and warm space with personal touches that highlight the host's aesthetic. Equipped with what we needed for our stay. Clean and tidy. In a beautiful neighborhood near the entrance of Ioulida. With a lovely terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of Chora. We highly recommend it.

Awasome location, big house (we stay with 2 families, 5 children the oldest at 9 years), clean and modern facilities, spend a lot of hours at the ca 20x5 m pool, had dinner at the "mezedopoleion" tavern of Theodoros, 5 min. car drive into the village, Theodoros manage for supply of fresh fish on pre order of 1 day or dishes like pastizio for the kids at reasonable prices, 5 min. car drive to the excellend beach of legraina 15 to poseidon temple. Easy internet success, cable tv (offered but not used) Recommendable at any times!

The hosts are very welcoming, attentive and caring. We were surprised by the responsiveness of Marilou and Tassos and their involvement to ensure that our stay went smoothly. They will be there to help, if needed. The accommodation is impeccable, the decoration is halfway between tradition and modernity, the cleanliness is at the rendezvous and the furniture offers all the comforts to rest and enjoy the house. The house is located in the heights of Kea offering beautiful sea and sunset views. All the necessary conditions for a refreshing and relaxing holiday are there. There is a small village not far from the house and supermarkets. Many walks are also accessible with or without a vehicle. In short, great stay, beautiful place, dreamy cottage!

We couldn’t have been more lucky then this with the house. Absolutely happy to have found this house here in Air Bnb because it’s above and beyond the beauty words can describe. I Will put some pictures to see the amazing view from the pool that is worth every single € paid for the house. Don’t hesitate. Don’t think it twice. Book this place! There was everything in the house. Towels for the shower and for the beach. All the products necessary for the shower. Hair dryer Washing machine Water dispenser Dish washer Coffee machine (nespresso classic. It will be useful for the grocery;)) The list goes on and on… Thanks to the host because they helped us with all our needs and requests. 5 ***** stare are not enough, i would give more! Absolutely recommend 👍🏻

We had a lovely weekend with our family at Despinas beautiful house. It is very spacious and bright, with a lovely garden and tennis/basketball courts, just perfect for our kids to run around. The beach is a stones throw away, and quaint restaurants also within walking distance. Despina was a graceful and helpful host. Would love to return!

The house is great. Clean and very well supplied. Great terrace with sea view at both sides. Very near (1 min) to the beach with very good restaurant.

The apartment is exactly as describe and shown in the photos. We are 3 adults and needed a place to stay for just one night before our Aegean cruise from Lavrio. Christina was very responsive, and was available to us as needed. There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, which was perfect for us. It's walking distance to central Lavrio, but it's a long walk and slightly uphill, so we just used Uber to get back and forth. 100% recommended.
