Great place at the center of Yerevan, lots of parks around, and it’s a 10 min walk from Republic Square. The apartment is warm, spacious and in a nice shape in general. The owner is a very friendly lady, and her husband agreed to check us in very early in the morning! Also, WiFi is surprisingly good :)

I booked this home to get away from the hustle and bustle and spend some time alone, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. Everything was perfect—clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for an extended stay. The house welcomed me with warmth, and it was so peaceful that all my worries melted away. The host was incredibly responsible and always available, which made everything so easy. The self-check-in process was seamless, and I’m really grateful for the attention and care given to me. I would gladly return and highly recommend it!

I had an unforgettable stay at Saro's apartment around 40 days. The place was simply amazing: modern finishes, high-quality appliances, and a great location. The building and entrance were also very impressive, everything was clean and well-maintained. I want to especially highlight the host, Saro, who was very responsive and kind. Armen made us feel like family ,his kindness and responsiveness was amazing . He never hesitated to respond to any of our needs day or night . The welcomed us with a delicious chocolate cake & fresh fruits on the table He often brought us fresh fruit & even gave a bottle of valuable Vodka to my husband as a gift . My husband is Lebanese Christian so he doesn’t speak Armenian but Armen being so educated was able to connect with him in English . Even his wife was so loving and attended to our needs beside her husband (because it was our first visit to Armenia we had a lot of questions LOL) The place in reality is far more beautiful than in the photos , new ,organized and clean . My husband and I would love to go back there for our next visit . I highly recommend it You want to feel you’re at Home? You will finally feel so at this beautiful place.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Grigor’s property in Dilijan with our group of three couples. Grigor was an exceptional host - always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with recommendations on places to visit and things to do in the area. The house itself was fantastic - immaculately clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The clear instructions to reach the property made it easy to find, even for first-time visitors to the area. Overall, a seamless and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Dilijan!

Lovely place and great host! I highly recommend Karen and his villa to everyone, we checked in without any problems despite the fact that we arrived much later than the scheduled time. Karen was always in touch and quickly answered any questions. Many thanks for being ready to check in earlier if possible, our large company had only positive emotions from the stay.

Everything corresponds to the description, despite the fact that we arrived later, we were met and escorted to the house, everything was shown and told. Since the temperature outside was very low, they helped us to heat the house, set up the heater. Many thanks to Grachik for meeting us warmly, good-naturedly and making our stay in the house very comfortable and pleasant.

Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

This apartment is in a great location. Lots of restaurants just downstairs. It’s walkable to many Yerevan’s landmarks. The place itself was well renovated and clean. The host welcome package is very well done. It gives you all you need to know. We had a great time at this place and I highly recommend it to anyone.

The space was spotless, cozy, and just as described—ideal for a a trip to Yerevan. Location was great too, with easy access to local attractions. The stay was good, we liked the apartment.

Irina was an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us. Even though we booked last minute, she went out of her way to provide a baby crib and even asked if we needed toys for our infant. The apartment was spacious, beautifully arranged, and conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It truly felt like a 5-star stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Staying at Zita's place was an absolute delight! It felt like a cozy home away from home. The location is top-notch, being right next to "Hraparak," the heart of the city. With plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, everything was just so convenient. Despite having a coffee shop next door, I found myself loving the Nespresso machine at home. We had a great experience a this place for the past 16 days. The apartment was spotless, cozy and warm and felt like home right away. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty happening in the neighborhood. Michael was incredibly responsive, answering any questions we had within minutes.
