I have a duplex room. Access to the second floor is from the first floor, where my mother currently lives. The kitchen is shared but everything else is not. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. There is a toilet/bathroom, a living room and a balcony. The master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. You can use the kitchen if needed and also the washing machine.

A spacious living area features a curving staircase and a cozy seating arrangement with patterned cushions. An inviting fireplace sits against a textured stone wall, while three elegant chairs are positioned nearby. Warm light filters through the windows, creating a welcoming ambiance.
