Villa vacation rentals in Kota Kinabalu

I had a wonderful stay with my family. The place has a remarkably beautiful view. Host is very responsive and helpful. Overall highly recomended.

The best time in Kota Kinabalu was spent in this villa.The setting is great, just outside the yard is sand and sea with beautiful sunsets.There are also private pools for swimming.The room is clean and tidy. The facilities are very well equipped. Surprisingly, there is also a welcome cake!Delicious.Nathan was kind and friendly, the check-in information was clear and clear ~ It is also convenient to get a taxi from Gaya Street to the homestay, return we booked a car on the grab in advance to pick up and drop off. It is recommended to buy some food to cook yourself, the kitchen is fully stocked, here you will just want to stay in a homestay!Because it's just beautiful!

It's so clean and nice

The overall feeling is very good, the villa is in the Chinese district, there is a police station in the gate of the neighborhood, it is very safe, and the house is clean, the only regret: the water heater is solar, and the hot water is not enough for 8 people to use.

Place is ideal for a Peaceful gateway from the buzzing town. Loved the private pool easy access to the beach.

It was so nice to be right in front of the sea!! The sea sand is nice and there is a swimming pool, so it's good to play in the water! The bedding was also clean, so I rested comfortably. It's a little far from the center of Kota, but it was accessible by Grab, and the food was delivered quite far away. One regret is that there is no shampoo, body wash, or toothpaste, so I recommend bringing washing.

Our checked in was great, Nathan was there waiting for us and explained everything clearly. The villa is beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Additionally, this house has water filter (Coway) that makes life even easier💕 and diff with other units. There’s no issue during our stay. Everything was great! Also, Nathan is so kind to accept our request for late checkout as the kids still enjoying swimming at the pool 😅. Thank you so much Nathan, will surely re-book this unit for our future staycation 🙏🏻❤️
