We are very happy to have stayed at Alex's apartment. Everything was clean, the apartment is conveniently located very close to the city center. There are 2 balconies. Each bedroom had air conditioners, which saved us in the heat. Nice and helpful host. He met us at the train station, drove us to the house and helped us bring things to the 6th floor, which saved us from logistical problems. And when I checked out, he allowed me to leave my things until the evening. Thanks to this, we got the opportunity to swim in the sea again and walk around the city, for which he has a special thanks! Overall, we loved Alex's place and would love to come again.

The apartment is very beautiful! In real life, it seems even more beautiful than in the photos. I remember seeing her, showed her my husband, and said I only wanted her. And we didn't make a mistake. We admired, stylish, tasteful, spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Stunning sunrises and sunshine in the morning. November in Batumi was cool and stormy often, but the apartment was very warm thanks to the gas heating system. Dining area with side sea view, I pushed the curtains to enjoy breakfast and the view. A soft corner by the window in the bedroom, I was just won over. This was my favorite place in an apartment overlooking the mountains, where I worked with a tripod. Very comfortable beds. Close to the old center, new Batumi, Carrefour. We read about Orbi and the lines at the elevator and deliberately searched for a house only not in Orbi. Everything is just super, although only 2 elevators, you can't hear the neighbors at all. Good soundproofing. Leila solved all our questions: she brought soft linens, two new pans, a viral key

Truly a marvellous place to stay to relax and recharge your batteries! The nature is unique, surrounded by the mountains and by the river bank, which helps you to come in peace with a nature. Ela and Tengo are wonderful people which are more than happy to assist you at your request: serve you a georgian national cuisine, home made wine and chacha, barbeque or prepare a sauna. There is also a beach and space to chill out by the river. The house was tidy and freshly furnitured. I definitely recommend Ela's place if you seek for a remarkable experience.

Nice cozy and big studio for a reasonable price. Lived here for more than a month and felt at home! From the balcony you can see the sea and a little city, which pleased the eye :) (not only one building across the street) No one bothered. Thank you Stella for meeting me at check-in and solving all the problems if necessary. Batumi - one love❤️

Amazing studio. Great view of the sea and the mountains. Singing fountains are visible from the balcony. Nearby Batumi embankment for walks and several grocery stores and cafés. Comfortable Big Bed. All furniture and renovations are new. There is an extra armchair bed for the third, table and chair chairs, kitchen, hob , new dishes and a small fridge. Spacious shower. Responsive owner Alexander. Lived for a month, there was cleaning. We liked everything. Recommended.

We really liked it, the sea is 5 minutes away, there are many supermarkets, restaurants, 2 banks, stops from where you can leave in any direction. Big Grand Mall. The apartment is cozy, clean, we chose an option with a gas stove and an oven, as we were with children to make it easier with cooking. Ketty you are just a great, very easy going person. We will definitely come back again as it felt like home all 6 days🥰😘

We would like to express our gratitude to Maike and her husband Duka for their hospitality. We were greeted early in the morning at the airport and helped to reach the apartment, told us where the best beaches are to go, and what to try. We were constantly in touch and helped with all the issues that arose. We stayed with a group of four and were very satisfied. The apartment fully corresponds to the description and photos. The sea is a 15-minute walk away. There are little shops, several pharmacies nearby. The big super market is a 10-15 minute walk away. We had no problem getting to the Old Batumi by almost any minibus for 0.5 gel (10 minutes drive) without any problems. Even though we were not very lucky with the weather, we had a wonderful vacation, in particular thanks to Maike and Duki. Thank you so much for the great stay!

Great place to stay away from the city but very close to the highway to Batumi, Sarpi, Poti, etc. Chakvi also has many good restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartments have a really cool outdoor area with activities. Ilia and his Family made us feel right at home.

I liked everything, as we wrote in the reviews of others under the windows of the construction site, but we did not particularly bother. The apartment corresponds to the description, everything is new and clean.

A great new two-bedroom apartment in a new modern building with a panoramic sea view from the bedroom. This is like a high-end hotel! There were bathrobes and disposable slippers in the apartment. On one side of the building there is a promenade with the sea, on the other there is a beautiful lake with a park. Recommended!
