It was a wonderful stay with the best and highest views in the city. Yassin is a nice guy , very flexible and he was always there for me if I needed anything.

Great villa and location. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was really close to the marina with many restaurants which made our trip even more enjoyable. Ala is a great host and was alway really responsive to any queries we had during our stay.

From the house you can reach the beach within 5 minutes by car, within walking distance is 15 minutes by foot. Hammamet is reachable in 15 minutes (market, tourist zone) and within walking distance there are shops and very good restaurants. The missing towels, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent were brought to our request immediately. The house was clean (for Tunisia) and everything as described, the air conditioning very helpful at over 40 degrees outside temperature. For Tunisian conditions expensive, but really a great place to stay with enclosed garden, barbecue, garden seating and of course great, albeit small pool. We can recommend Khouloud.

What a fantastic clean villa! , had a great family vacation, I fell in love with the villa, Ahmed, the owner is a great guy very helpful, arrive at 21:50, and waited for us until 22:50 to check-in. The photos don't do justice to the three-storey house with many social areas inside and out. The top floor has a roof terrace, the master bedroom has a balcony. There's a sitting area/prayer room on the second floor an outside seat swing, tables and chairs at the front of the house and loungers by the pool. Table tennis and the swimming pool kept the kids occupied. It was very hot however the house is well equipped with air conditioning and we were glad of the pool to keep us cool. The house is in a safe residential area . It's a 5 min walk to the beach, 15-20 min walk to the marina, and supermarket and 10 min walk in the other direction to Carthage land, Tunisia's theme park and the Medina for shopping experiences. Taxis are cheap and easy to pick near by. Thank you so much Ahmed

House was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Good internet connection downstairs but poor upstairs. Host was also very generous and wasn't pushy at the end of our stay. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

We spent 3 excellent weeks in this beautiful villa! The villa is very clean, spacious and much more beautiful than on the foto's! The pool is beautiful and well kept. The villa is located in a very quiet area. Achraf and his mother were always available to answer our questions. We highly recommend this villa.

Charming apartment with easy access, well-equipped, in the area everything is a stone's throw away to do its little shopping. The beach is a 10 minute walk too.

We had read about Tarek in previous reviews, and his exceptional reputation was fully confirmed during our stay. He was always ready and eager to assist with anything we needed. Leila also connected us with a local lady, Sabeh, who was an incredible help. She not only kept the house spotless but also treated us to delicious home-cooked meals, making our stay even more special. Perfect stay, beautiful house with respect for traditional houses. Atypical furniture.... large house with all the comforts we need. Welcoming hosts, attentive to our requests and very responsive. If he can't move... Don't worry his brother-in-law or that mom will be there... by the way a big thank you to the mom for the cuckoo.... A treat.... Perfect clean pool and clean out of sight.. very quiet corner of tunisia. You will live directly with the Tunisians. Turquoise blue paradise beach. Clame even in the middle of a month in doubt. You will eat a sea bream on the beach for just 30 dinars at Lotfi's.... If you want to be quiet... I recommend this place... See you soon

We had a wonderful time at this rental! The apartment was spotless, perfectly clean and very well equipped. The location was ideal, close to the main attractions and public transport. Sami and these parents were very welcoming and were always available to answer our questions. We felt right at home and will be back. We had a pleasant stay at Nadia's. The studio was spotless, perfectly as described and quiet.
