LOCATION is key! Welcome to 14th street. It’s a very clean and well maintained house in downtown CDA! All the beds are brand NEW! It is close to downtown and all the amenities CDA has to offer. Great WiFi and 2 desks for comfort while working from home. Great parking for you and your guests. The house has a full kitchen stocked with all the necessities for a home cooked meal. It has great air conditioning for those hot summer days. Fully fenced backyard for your pets to enjoy the stay as well!

Adorable home in mid town CDA- just 3 miles from downtown and less than 1 mile from Canfield Mountain trails. This 2 bedroom 1 bath home has a fully fenced yard for kids and dogs to play safely. It is next door to a large park and less than a mile from Costco and other grocery stores! It is a straight shot to Canfield Mountain where you will find beautiful hiking and biking trails to explore! Dog and kid friendly and newly remodeled with tons of outdoor entertaining space!
