Monthly Rentals in Kooba

I had a wonderful stay at this tiny home for the weekend! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host responsive and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect, close to the wineries which we checked them out and enjoyed, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. We loved the balcony, view and fire pit Overall, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed at Phil’s place (Rosie’s Cottage) for three nights and found it clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. It was very quiet and had a private driveway. Phil lives next door and was very helpful and quick to act when we had a query. We highly recommend Rosie’s cottage and would definitely stay again.

I can't fault the place as it had everything we needed. Just outside of Griffith, a pub across the road. Quiet and relaxing plus located on top of a pizza ria is a huge win because if you're too lazy to cook you only have to go downstairs. The communication with the owners was excellent and respectful. Would stay again if I'm working in Griffith in future.

Jan's home is close to shops and restaurants, we enjoy walking and found it easy to get around. She also left a bottle of wine for us, which was very thoughtful.
