We felt dependent and looked after equally. Staying in a lovingly preserved lighthouse with grandpa's decor has charm. Being able to use the comfort of a well-equipped kitchen is very pleasant. From the pulpit to the sunrise, the flat over the horizon to the sunset, and being allowed to look at the capricious Novembersee is a gift. The transfer from the parking lot to the lighthouse is pleasant, but disappears in bad weather. The footpath with luggage is challenging. Be sure to follow Berith's instructions on luggage and shoes. Berith and Frank help with arrival and departure, as far as possible. There is a quarry in the hinterland that you can see and occasionally hear (not in the tower) . It wasn't an issue for us and many guests before us. But every effort on the way to the rock with the tower is rewarded. There were two of us there for four days. Now we love each other a little more.

Richard was very friendly and helpful host. My colleagues spend longer time there and were satisfied.

All was great as expected! I arrived very late at 1.30 a.m. in the middle of the night and Dagfinn waited for me to welcome me and show me around! Everything is equipped very well and you have everything you need. I borrowed fishing equipment and boat, and Dagfinn was always there for a quick talk and very helpful. The view is very nice and you are in the middle of the nature. Thanks again Dagfinn!

The host was very welcoming and made sure we felt at home the minute we arrived. The fire was burning in the chimney, the table set for dinner, and many attentions to details were so appropriated. Also, we thought the beds would be very elementary but the mattress were amazing and we had the best night. Recommend 100%

Cozy cabin tucked away - perfect for our little retreat. Clear instructions on how to get there. We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, heated floors were a treat, and comfy beds.

We have enjoyed ourselves very much and had a great trip. Amazing area and location!

Er had a really nice stay at the cabin it’s primitive, but got all that we needed. We stayed for a week with our two kids and would really recommend it
