Located in the heart of Hedavi and only a couple of minutes drive from the Dashbhuj temple - this has to be one of the best places to stay in Hedavi. This pristine wada is beautifully maintained. It is what as shown in photos. Really nice place to stay with your family. Caretaker Suresh was extremely helpful. Felt like second home. Would recommend it for people who want to have a quiet and peaceful quality time with their entire family, away from city life.

We had a superb,peaceful stay at Koyari.Away from the regular hustle,located in a beautiful village called Gimavi.The house is clean,homely and welcoming which makes it a perfect setting to spend time with your loved ones.Very close to Guhagar & Velneshwar,with a beautiful drive experience throughout.Also must visit 'Aranyavat' an engaging place to know more about the wildlife in Konkan and value of conservation.Kudos Anirudh!Loved the initiative. Care taker Mr Kadam and host Anirudh ensured the entire experience was hassle free and perfect.Thank you.

"Casa by the Bay" is an amazing property situated in the hearts of Ratnagiri.Its tastefully designed by the Host and its a perfect amalgamation of modern architecture with the natural beauty of Konkan.The listing is surrounded with beautiful lust greenery around.Walking distance from the Kalbadevi beach,in monsoon it's looks heavenly.The beach is an isolated beach and the navigation through the beach is a bit adventurous especially during the monsoons but it's worth every bit of it.The property was the best we've stayed till date,with finger liking konkani food made by the cook Sartha ji also her husband Santosh ji was an amazing tour guide who drove us for site seeing.The last which is kept for the best,the Host Amit is a gem of a person he has made this heavenly abode with all his heart.He truely describes the term Host,he was in constant touch with us throughout the stay.Words would fall short to describe but he's a Super host for a reason.The best Host I've come across so far.

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at Mukesh's home. The house was spacious, clean, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. While the sea is visible, the sunrise over the forest is even better. Mukesh welcomed us, gave us the keys, and provided tips for exploring the area. Shops and restaurants are a drive away, so plan ahead and stock up. Surprisingly, food was delivered to our doorstep, even though it's on the outskirts. The quiet, private, and peaceful atmosphere was unlike any we've experienced before. A perfect spot for nature lovers who prefer to avoid crowds.

It’s an expansive property with a lot of green cover. Rooms are on the first floor and very neat. You will see Bhau the caretaker frequently pottering around in the garden and keeping the place clean and tidy. The owner of the property Mr Shekhar Jogalekar is an excellent host and ensures that you are comfortable and have everything you need. His recommendation of Mr Prasad Oaks restaurant for dinner was excellent, the food is satvik and delicious (ukdiche modak were sumptuous). On the property we coordinated with Yogesh and he was very helpful. We were travelling with our pet and had an excellent time at this property and will visit again.

The place is amazing. You get to experience both sunrise and sunset - the views are awesome! The appartment is well maintained and has a serene vibe to it!

The place is very very beautiful and has a breath taking view. Every corner is made aesthetically with much thought. The garden is well maintained, there is a lawn facing the sea, a terrace with a view and you could walk within the premises for fresh air. It's a dream home for people who appreciate nature. There are so many amenities available that anybody would feel right at home. The place is economically priced as well. The host is very communicative and suggests places to visit. There are certain electrical glitches due to the location in which the property is based. The host has made many arrangements to ensure guests are not inconvenienced. Overall, I was mind blown! I would visit the place again if an opportunity arises!

We loved staying here. The space being a farm house is secluded and great for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The evenings and nights were cool with the mornings being cold and foggy. We managed to sit outside and catch the lovely sunrise on both occasions. The place is airconditioned but weren't drawn to using it much as the weather was pleasant almost throughout. We took one of our Indies, Arthur, with us and he loved it. There is a restaurant nearby that you can visit for breakfast, lunch and can order in advance for dinner. The hosts were all responsive and helpful, special thanks to Unmesh, owner of the farmland, who was helpful, kind and very informative about the land and stories from the past, would love a good chat again in the future. We will definitely visit again, highly recommended
