Located in a cultural heritage building in the very center of Unesco town Kutna Hora, you can experience how it is to stay in area where local people live, work and hang out. The building is in process of renovation, the ground floor has new bathroom, new electricity and lights and has been painted.

Smrkovka is Ondřejka's bigger sister, so you can look forward to a comfortable 20m2. It has a divided bedroom with a living area and a bathroom. For cold days, there is a minimalist wood-burning stove, which is guaranteed to be enough. You don't have to worry about being cold. Smrkovka also includes a terrace with garden furniture, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surroundings. And all this in both sunny and bad weather, snuggled under a blanket.

The house (built in the 1870's) has a dock, spectacular sunrises over the lake and a neogotic church on the other side. It is the only house directly at the lake. Drive to Prague 45 minutes, Kutna Hora 15 minutes. Beautiful scenery, the Czech countryside at its best!
