Apartment vacation rentals in Kolanjski Gajac

Maja is a great host, very friendly, always quickly responded. The apartment was great, clean, very well-equiped, newly renovated, great also for stay with children. There are lot of shops, bakery and restaurants very close to the apartment (max 5 min walk).

We spent a few days here with my partner. It met all needs. It’s like in the pictures, a few steps from the beach. The apartment is very spacious and the view is amazing. We will definitely be back.

Awesome place with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, waffle maker and brand new TV. Huge terrace almost equal size-wise to the flat itself. Clean sea and sand beaches 10 minutes from the house. Market, bus stop, post office, pharmacy in 1 min. Very attentive and friendly host, who helped us with money exchange and who brought fruits and vegetables from his own garden. Everything was superb.

We stayed at 1st floor in the apartment which was super clean, kitchen had everything you need, also a dishwasher, coffee machine. We came with our almost 2year old son and they provided us with highchair and travel cot. There’s air conditioning all over the apartment which is very nice. We also enjoyed the terrace which is aproachable from every room. Jože and his wife were extremely nice and friendly, we felt really welcomed at their place. Beach is nearby, 3minute walk. Easy access for children to the sea. There’s a little shadow on the beach so it’s better if you bring some beach umbrellas. There’s shop, bakery, restaurants and cafes really near apartment so you basically don’t need to use your car, just enjoy your vacation. It was really nice stay, we would recomend it.

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

The apartment was very nice and as described. The air-condition was great and fully included in the price. The hostess was always very kind and avaliable for question. A great surprise was the welcome gift: many delicious fresh and dried figs. The location of the appartement is very quiet and nice. Very near to the beach and some restaurants. But for the next bigger grocery store you have to take the car. All in all we enjoyed the stay very much.

Very nice family, the father produces great wines, shaded terrace, unfortunately close to the street.

We were really warmly welcomed and despite different languages everything was directly understandable. We got a little briefing, got the key and then were able to arrive comfortably. My family and I felt really comfortable right from the start! Everything was impeccably clean and the bedding just smelled great! 😍 If we go to Croatia again, then definitely there again. 10 out of 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great stay here! You can find everything you need and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony is stunning, we could have watched it all day. There are a few restaurants and shops you can walk to. We would definitely come back :-)

This is a wonderful apartment in a very beautiful location. Ocean views from the balcony and pool are absolutely stunning and you are able to wade into the sea from the property. It is a rural property, but very close to amenities and the town of Plitvica and city of Zadar. There is a Plodine grocery store about a kilometre away. Vesna was very friendly and gave us a helpful tour of the unit upon check-in. Only downside is that there is construction happening right next door. However this should only be temporary.

Excellent location close to Old Town with many shops and restaurants close by. Danica was a welcoming host and the place was clean spacious and comfortable. We would stay again!

The place is just like on the pictures. From the backyard you can reach the beach. It is not in the city centre, but the location, the beach is everything. The house is well equipped, clean, quiet, modern. We enjoyed our 1 week vacation here.

Zaton is a great location for recreation and relaxation. The sea and the beaches are excellent. You can take trips to Nin or Zadar or Murter Island. A perfect place to stay with a great climate and indoor temperature without the need for air conditioning. The listing is a perfect and always clean pool, including a hot tub or grill. There are shopping centers or pharmacies in the vicinity.

We had a fantastic time in this place! The house is located very close to the sea, overlooking the beautiful sunsets. The terrace offered a picturesque landscape, and evenings spent in the jacuzzi were the perfect way to relax. The interior was clean, tidy and very comfortable – everything we needed was at hand. The host was extremely nice and helpful – it was easy to contact him, and in addition, we received great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Peace, quiet, comfort - the perfect place to relax!

We have just returned from a fantastic week visiting the island of Vir and staying in Davor & Amy's perfect property! Fantastic location for a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Although it was peak summer season it was much more peaceful than Zadar and all guests were respectful of each other that can only be a credit to Amy & Davor's hosting skills and subtle touches to ensure all areas are well maintained and made easy for guests to use.

Everything was great, Suzie with her husband are more than helpful and increase the standard. We had amazing time there even thiugh we came after the season.

We enjoyed our vacation in Josips apartment very much. Everything was so nice and clean and the pool was amazing - we loved it big time. Likewise it was nice with Vir “city” and the beach in walking distance from the apartment. The host was so kind and did everything to make our vacation fantastic. We would definitely like to get back some other time🤗.
