Maria's house is comfortable, in a great location. The two terraces are beautiful. All shops and the beach are a 5-minute walk away. Maria was very welcoming, responsive and accommodating. We already want to come back....

Niki is a lovely host, happy to help with anything and very friendly. The home is nice, cool during the hot days and in good location near the beach and supermarket. I would stay there again!

A very nice place to stay. Especially quiet in the preseason. Large outdoor space for your own use and drinking coffee directly by the sea😊. The interior is spacious, so you can feel comfortable indoors even in cooler temperatures. Communication great, fast and very friendly. Thanks Nikos! We stayed in Frangokastello for a week with our three children in the fall. We were very warmly welcomed by the hosts and even received various regional foods as gifts, including feta, pastries and citrus fruits. The accommodation itself offers everything you need. We especially liked the oven and the proximity to the beach. In the low season, the place is very, very quiet, there are only a handful of taverns in the whole area and a few supermarkets that are open. But that didn't bother us any further.

Amazing view from the sauna and jacuzzi. Super cozy place and was super clean as well. The host was super helpful and was really flexible when we had to make adjustments to our plans during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Holiday home from home. everything good. Vassilis very helpful with lots of good extras in room. Studio clean, bright airy, good WiFi with large kitchen area, Expresso coffee machine. Bathroom a tad small, but works. Sleep quiet with shutters closed, Beach 5 minutes walk. Bus stop to Heraklion and airport 3 minutes. Private parking space. Exceptional Stay! We had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and right at home. The apartment was beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a lovely time at Constantine's. Communication was easy and straightforward at all times. We were greeted directly at the small access to the parking lot so we could find it easily. Once you arrive at the apartment, you can expect a fantastic view of the sea. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the amenities were the best we have had so far. It really lacked nothing and there were even snacks, coffee, water and wine to welcome us. Restaurants, bars, the old town and of course the beach were within easy reach. Beds were very comfortable. A Slice of Paradise – Five Stars All Around! We had the most incredible time staying at this large and stunning villa in the Loutraki/Chania area. The property is nothing short of breathtaking, with lush, beautifully maintained gardens and crystal-clear water right at your doorstep. The direct beach access was a dream—so easy and convenient—and we spent countless hours floating in the calm sea and enjoying the serene, quiet atmosphere. The views from every direction were spectacular, making it hard to leave the villa! The villa itself is exquisite, with a spacious, well-designed area for cooking and relaxing. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Demetrios, our host, went above and beyond, offering incredible hospitality and even surprising me with a birthday cake, which made our stay all the more special. If you’re looking for a tranquil, beautiful retreat this is the place!

Our stay at Aleksandros went extremely well. We loved the place and the atmosphere of the place. The fact that the accommodation is in a beach club made it easy for us to enjoy the restaurant. The waiters were lovely! Our 2 year old son had space and could enjoy the pool as much as the beach. Small downside if you plan to stay on site to eat, the amenities of the accommodation remain limited but Aleksandros is available whenever needed. We highly recommend the place!!!

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

We spent the best time in this cute villa! It is a beautiful and clean house just next to the wonderful beach of Kalives. Antonis was a very kind and caring host. The landscape around is stunning. Thank you for everything! We‘ve loved it and we‘ll definitely come back!

We LOVED everything about this house! The house is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you need. Eleni and Georgios are very friendly, welcoming and attentive to detail. The house is located in a great location. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood and is walking distance to one of the prettiest beaches on the island and several restaurants and shops. There is also a great grocery store just down the road. And the views! There are views from every room! The hike on the east side of the beach is spectacular with beautiful flowers and plant life and views of the water and distant mountains. Eleni and Georgios, thank you for everything! We hope that we can come back one day.

We had a great stay at the villa for a week during a shoulder period. The proximity of the villa to a fabulous cafe and restaurant was great, with only a short 100m walk to both. The villa is super comfortable and decorated tastefully. Nikos arranged a hire car to be dropped off and picked up from us at the villa which was so convenient. We had a late check in and arranged to find some sandwiches from the cafe in the fridge, a bowl of drukte, bottle of wine and biscuits - a very welcome surprise. This is a great option to come and stay even during the low season.

Stella's Home was the most positive Airbnb experience I've ever had (and I've had some really lovely ones). The place is beautiful and the views are some of the best I've ever seen with the beach being only a 6 minute walk away. Stella was also an exceptional host. She stocked the fridge with some complementary groceries which made for a really positive start to our trip, especially after a day of traveling. It was also one of the most thoughtful things a host has done for one of my stays. Stella was also very communicative, checking in to make sure everything was going well for us and if we needed anything. The hot tub was amazing, the house was spotless and comfortable, the description of the space completely accurate. 5 days was not enough for us here and if I ever make it back to Crete, I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

The apartment was exactly as described and photos. Property is tidy. A few minutes walk to the beach and is very good for swimming. The sand is fine and solar beds available. The stay went very well and we were very happy with the stay.

What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

We spent four very nice days here. The view is really beautiful and in 10 minutes you can walk to a supermarket. In front of the house you could park well.

Giannis and Maria's place is the perfect holiday place if you're looking for peace of mind, quiet and privacy, an amazing beach and tavern in walking distance, and the beautiful city of Chania just 20 minutes away, with all you can ask for! Beautiful villa by the sea. The house is very well equipped, we did not lack anything. All three bedrooms are very comfortable and the bedding is excellent. The view from the house is exceptional, there is direct access to a beautiful beach, wild, we loved it! Can't wait to come back! Georges was very welcoming and always attentive. He gave us some very good places to eat and we really appreciated the attention when we arrived. There was wine, olive oil, sodas… Thank you so much, we had a great holiday 😊

We had a fantastic stay at Seaside Villa Lavrys. The villa itself is spacious, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area with a lovely view. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, but do keep in mind that you’ll need a car to get around as the location is a bit remote. Taxi transportation from Chania costs around €30. What truly made our experience special was our host, Alex. From the moment we booked, Alex was incredibly responsive and attentive, always available to answer any questions we had. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, offering great local tips and assistance whenever needed. His kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our trip. Alex’s family was also very warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay in Crete, and Alex’s hospitality made it even better.

We were totally delighted with the place and its amenities. Something I hadn't realized and which is a disturbing hair are the parties at the pool next door twice a week. Apart from that, everything is perfect. The hosts are charming and the two owners are very attentive. We will come back without hesitation.

We spent a few nights in the apartment. It was perfect, the kitchen was very well equipped and you could actually cook (have never experienced this so well before), the beach location super, the contact with Zabia extremely friendly and uncomplicated. There were cute cats that visited us on the large roof terrace. We would definitely recommend the place.
