Vacation rentals with a patio in Koh Chang

Second time at this place and love it just as much. Great place for families with kids because the waters are calm and shallow. The beaches are quiet and very private. The house is nice and clean. Has most of the accommodations a big family needs on vacation.

All was perfect and we did enjoy a lot our stay in the house, kayaks are perfect conditions and is a lot restaurants near by. Will back

Lovely space with great amenities, especially for those who enjoy a well-equipped kitchen. It's a 5 minute scooter ride away from Kai Bae Beach in one direction and Klong Phrao Beach in the other, with a great choice of restaurants just a short walk from the property. Our host "Lemon" was extremely friendly and helpful...will certainly recommend to my friends and family.

В целом очень приятный дом, чисто и нет неприятных запахов, отдельный респект за небольшие осушители в каждой комнате - хороший микроклимат, хорошие кондиционеры тоже присутствуют. Мы чувствовали себя как дома 🥰 для комфортного передвижения нужен транспорт - мопеды отлично справились, движение на острове спокойное. Горная прохладная река с водопадом, где можно купаться, в пешей доступности. Уборка раз в неделю входит в стоимость 🫶 Рекомендую

fantastic stay at villa which is absolutely perfect for a group of friends or family. the rooms are spacious and the common area is very large with a large and well equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. the best part is the private area in front of the villa with a nice pool so I highly recommend staying. We were delighted and will definitely come back.

If you’ve ever stayed in an Airbnb and thought to yourself “if only” you’ll find everything you ever wished for here: super comfortable king size bed with extra sheets, blankets, and pillows , 5 gallon water jug dispenser, fully stocked kitchen, including rice cooker, super fast internet, his and her workstations, washing machine grill, multiple outdoor seating areas — with shade, snorkel gear, standup paddle board, and the list goes on. Even though it’s technically a one room studio it is very large and spacious, and even after two months, the two of us never felt like we were on top of each other. The home is very breezy and we seldom used the AC . Super chill location on Koh Chang, fairly tourist free. Best of all is Konstantin , who is exceptionally kind and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Wir haben einige Tage bei Katy verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Schöne Unterkunft, für die Lage sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Adrian ist ein toller und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Er kam regelmässig zu den Bungalows und ist immer für ein gutes Gespräch zu haben. Die Gegend ist sehr ruig und nicht in der nähe der Hauptstrasse, dass macht das Entspannen zu einem wahren Genuss. Man ist nur 3 min zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt und das ist mega cool. Ich würde jederzeit sofort wieder in diese Bungalows gehen und empfehle dies auch allen die einen Traumurlaub erleben möchten.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Beach Front Villa genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer, toller Pool und das Beste ist die private Bar im Garten ;) Der Gastgeber Karsten und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Hunde sind friedlich und kommen ab und zu vorbei. Roller konnten wir direkt beim Gastgeber mieten und die Gegend erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind eine kurze Fahrt weit entfernt. Direkt nebenan ist ein Restaurant mit gutem Essen und sehr netten Leuten. Empfehlen es gerne weiter. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.
