Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

Cross just one road and go through a park directly to the lake promenade with boat rental & feel-good thermal baths. Nearby you will find restaurants, a cinema and playgrounds for children. The apartment offers a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m), a folding sofa, a private entrance, a parking space and a covered patio, ideal for breakfast, barbecue or sunbathing.

The kitchenette is equipped with 2 induction hobs, fridge and sink. Parking is possible on the property.

Our cozy basement apartment of a semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of the beautiful Murnau am Staffelsee. The idyllic Lake Froschhausen and Lake Riegsee are within walking distance, and the big brother, Lake Staffelsee with its seven islands and numerous lidos as well as refreshment stops can also be reached at any time in an extended walk.

We converted my father's former carpentry shop into two apartments. One of them is reserved for you. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. Between the individual bookings (arrival and departure), a day's break is taken to have enough time for the measures.
