This was a great place to stay. I liked how electricity/water/cleaning fees were all included in the price so no hidden charges. Location is great by the beach and many great restaurants nearby to eat. 7/11 is next door, super convenient. Only slight critique I have was that the bed was harder than I like. This is just personal preference so I still rated 5 star!

Yulia was a great host, everytime I contacted her she replied so quickly and was super helpful. The flat was so so clean, which I loved as I am slightly OCD. The only thing missing was some hand towels in the kitchen, otherwise it is a great little flat. The location was great as it is only a short walk to Bang Tao (15-20mins) Beach and there is also a FREE shuttle which took you as well (3-4 mins). The swimming pool was clean and the water was so warm. We went the week of half term so there were alot of families with young children, so if you want some peace it is best to get to the pool early before 9.30am for a swim. The location was perfect and had shops, restaurants, shopping and everything else you need right at your doorstep. The area is super chill and very family orientated. We would defo stay here again. We also loved that it had a washing machine to wash our clothes and downstairs there were more communal ones with dryers as well. 24hr security so felt super safe too.

The house was fantastic: the bed linens were great, and the view from the window was beautiful—not of neighboring houses, but of trees. In the house, the doors and staircase are made of wood, and instead of tiled flooring, there’s a wooden surface that feels very pleasant on your feet. I also loved the community; there are few residents, making it very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the sea in about 15 minutes through parks. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late!

We had an incredible stay at Prima Villa in Karon. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Jacky and her team were always on standby and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The villa was private, spacious, and extremely comfortable—just what we were looking for. The rooms were clean and airy, and the pool was absolutely beautiful and completely secluded, offering a peaceful space to unwind. The location was great—just a 5-minute walk to a nearby massage spot and a 7-Eleven for snacks and essentials. Local shops were also within walking distance. Despite being close to amenities, the villa was tucked away in a quiet area, making it perfect for those who want to relax away from the busier parts of Phuket. This was our second stay in the Surin Beach area and we found the Surin Park accommodations to be close to the beach (less than a 10 minute walk), near several good restaurants, a 2 minute walk to a scooter rental office (YoBike), and easy access to local shopping market (Tops, sort of like a 7-Eleven). The condo was fine. Everything worked as it should and the cleaning crew did a good job prior to our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to find the management company arranged for a mid-week cleaning which was done while we were out making that experience seamless as well. The patio opening to the pool was a very convenient and the washer, located on the ground floor adjacent to the fitness room, worked fine but, to be honest, local laundry services are easy and inexpensive so you might just go there instead. Overall, we're very satisfied with our experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Bee and Jean-Yves Airbnb! From the start, we received a very warm welcome with lots of care. Bee and Jean-Yves have always been available to answer our questions, give us good advice or provide us with services. As for the accommodation… a real paradise! Tastefully decorated, spacious, bright and perfectly equipped (especially the kitchen where you will find all the utensils you need to cook!). It feels good right away! A big thank you to our hosts for introducing us to the surroundings by boat and making us try different water sports - we loved it! We had a great vacation and would recommend this place without a second thought! If you have the chance to book it, don't hesitate for a second!:)
