The place looks even better in person! Rainer was so lovley and helpful, offered me a great deal to use his motorbike to get around, amazing location, would give more then 5 star if I could.

Loved our stay at JC’s place. Very peaceful and beautiful views. The apartment has everything needed as described. The surrounding gardens and pool are kept extremely clean by friendly staff. Pipping restaurant next door serves up delicious food all day with probably the best view in Ko Chang. The AC in the living room does not smell good when in use. We decided to use the fan instead, no problems! The Ac in the bedroom works perfectly as does everything else in the apartment. We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back. I really enjoyed my month with Rainer and Dao. The room is as in the photos. Everything is clean, works perfectly and is of the highest quality. The tropical garden and pool are beautiful. Surrounded by nature, you can hear the birds chirping in the morning. Since it was slightly away from the beaches, I was able to rent a scooter from Rainer. Rainer was an excellent host! Always communicative and friendly and took the time to explain the best spots on the island to me. I would fully recommend staying here to anyone! Thank you for the lovely stay! 🙏🏻

We stayed for one whole month and it was fantastic. We were also lucky that there was always a good feeling with the other guests sharing the garden and the pool. Our appartment was very spacious, well maintained, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean, and the garden and pool are great. Rainer along with Daw are excellent hosts and were also very helpful in arranging good value for money scooter rental and transport to Bangkok. Can highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Koh Chang Residence. It's a beautiful and quiet apartment just a block of the main road. It is located in the beautiful backyard of Fig Cafe. Super nice host and great experience overall!

Chanon’s place is a wonderful oasis, we first stayed here in 2017 and were excited to return and stay here again, the house is as shown in pictures with four large bedrooms. We only used two rooms as we are a family of four. The house is a short walk from many restaurants and Kai bae beach. Chanon has also arranged access to the neighboring resort’s swimming pool which was so nice. The sunset view from the place is amazing and the terrace overlooking the water is great to sit outside. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice atmosphere and wonderful people who own this bungalow — friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The hostess was especially responsive and caring. The bungalow is located in a very quiet, secluded place — ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle and reboot. The atmosphere is relaxing, nature is nearby, silence and a sense of peace. The only thing to remember is that it can be really hot here, especially if you're not used to this climate. But otherwise it's a nice, warm place where you can easily feel calm and free. Overall, the impressions were positive — a quiet place with good people and a cozy atmosphere.

I really like the stay, it was peaceful and clean. Communication with Loïc was simple and he was really helpful. Will stay here again when I come back to Koh Chang

To begin with, the hosts kindly picked us up from the pier, took us to a restaurant and shortly after to to the house where we were warmly greeted with coconuts. The house is freshly constructed, cozy and perfect for a group of friends. It's surrounded by an organic farm and it's located in a peaceful area. We had the option to also rent their car, which totally contributed to conveniently going around the island. Overall, we had an amazing time and I would totally recommend booking this stay, the hospitality was more than we could've asked for.

Quiet beautiful spot with fine rooms, finely appointed, and with a truly excellent chef and restaurant! The pool is spectacular as are the gardens. The beach is a slight bit uninviting, but the rest more than makes up for it. Rent a scooter to get around the island a bit! Thanks Victor and Vanussaunun! See you again soon.
