Our stay was absolutely magical - from the clean, comfortable, stylishly well appointed home to the gorgeous surroundings, we loved every moment. David was also wonderful, gave clear instructions and was very responsive. 11/10 would recommend - we can't wait to visit again!

I was there with 6 colleagues for a work retreat. The home was spotless with plenty of room for us to spread out or meet when we needed to. The surroundings and the house were both lovely and peaceful. Thanks to the hosts for sharing their beautiful spot!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. The kids were so happy to return back, especially for the pool. We went earlier this year compared to last so they were a bit disappointed there would be no wild berry picking but the disappointment quickly disappeared when we got to watch people parasailing from the mountain view right in our “backyard” and even got to watch them land next door to us. Such a beautiful spot. Close to the local ice cream shop and a little park with a playground that we checked out this time and of course only 15 minutes from the zoo. We are already talking about returning again next year!

Steve's place is spacious and welcoming. It has all necessary amenities and more. There were 8 of us traveling with 4 adults and 4 kids. The place was big enough for all of us, and the kids had a lot of fun playing in the basement. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to feed our group, from making lots of coffee in the morning to having a quiet dinner at night. The drive to Bromont Mountain was quick and easy, which made it very convenient to ski with the kids. We would recommend Steve's cottage and come back again.

Weekend with the family at this cottage! The place is beautiful, both the cottage and the grounds! Very close to Owl's Head ski mountain. The hot tub is super big. The wood-burning fireplace is really nice, we just need to bring our wood! Everything is thought out for a great stay with family or friends! Thanks again for hosting us! Everything about the stay was amazing. The place was clean, well equipped, and the view is amazing.

Perfect place. Our family was very comfortable there. Extra touch, like having a Christmas tree up in living room, made an even greater experience. Branden was super quick with responses and helpful.

Kevin's place is by far the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed at. Everything far exceeded our expectations, and was even more beautiful than any picture could do justice. The house itself is large enough to sleep eight (we were only four), but still felt cozy enough that we never felt lost in it. The entire property is flawlessly clean and perfectly maintained. It's like staying at a postcard quality getaway. Lastly, Kevin is incredibly thoughtful in his dealings with guests, and doesn't overlook a single detail. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!

Lovely relaxing weekend! Intimate location in nature close to several hiking trails. The sauna was much appreciated! Only small negative point: the hill to go down on foot with luggage since the access is not very practical by car.

Very charming accommodation, very clean and close to Sutton and Bromont. A very pleasant stay even if because of the rain we couldn't enjoy the outdoors, everything is provided inside to be comfortable and feel good. I highly recommend this listing! We had a wonderful three days in Brad's house. It is a perfect peaceful getaway with spectacular views of the lake. The house was super clean and very well appointed and had everything we needed and more. We hiked part of the Long Trail at Jay Peak, biked the beautiful path on from Newport to Derby on the east side of the lake, enjoyed the restaurants in Newport and attended Mass as the beautiful St Mary Star of the Sea Church. It was delightful stay! We hope to visit again!

Great place for a golf trip to Owls Head. 15 minute drive to the course. Lots of room and slept 8 people comfortably.

I have stayed in a many rental properties over the years and I have never had a kitchen so loaded with everything a cook could ask for - very helpful! Amazing views and a 20 minute drive to Jay - just a great experience. The property is on a dirt road, which is no joke. Make sure you have the right vehicle for Vermont mud season and you will have the time of your life. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location to Jay Peak and Jay Village Inn & the General Store. We could keep the house cozy even with brutal negative temperatures outside. Great option for families with kids and pets.

Absolute hidden gem of a stay at the edge of Vermont. Space was super cozy and we felt right at home instantly. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway and plan on making dinners instead of eating out this is the perfect space, the kitchen was really nice to work in, and was equipped with all the essentials and more. Brendan was a great host, I would absolutely recommend this space to anyone looking for a relaxing and cozy few days away from the city!

We decided on a last minute March break ski trip with our teen boys. Simon’s home was a good fit with its amenities and proximity to Mont Orford as well as to Magog (for a nice dinner out and a few groceries). The boys enjoyed playing ping pong, table soccer and music on the piano. We all loved soaking in the hot tub aprés ski. We read reviews before coming so brought extra towels shampoo/conditioner. Cooking in the kitchen worked well too as the kitchen is definitely well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and all tableware. We appreciated Simon being very responsive with messages. We we thrilled to have a little wiggle room on the check in time! We would return to Simon’s again.

Four couples came up to enjoy the bike path scene in the area, and greatly enjoyed our time at the house as well. We had the whole house to ourselves, made many delicious meals in the kitchen, had plenty of space to eat, dance, have fun together, and also to have privacy in our own 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms upstairs. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long bike ride, and it's impressive how you can actually feel private in the hot tub even though it's right next to a grocery store. the yard is sweet and there were 2 picnic tables where we had breakfast. It was convenient to be able to run next door to get groceries as needed, and we never got in our cars the whole time because the bike path was super convenient as well. For those who care, there is an EV car charger (it was free even) right next door at the grocery store which helped a couple of us a lot. Thanks for sharing this unique and artsy space.
