Easter Weekend Getaway Review We had a wonderful stay during the Easter weekend! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with delicious drinks and snacks, setting the tone for our trip. The accommodation was beautiful and impeccably clean, making it a perfect retreat. Andrew, our host, was exceptional. He provided clear instructions and directions, and even checked in on us to ensure we arrived safely. His caring nature truly made us feel at home. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, and we are already looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Well appointed, comfortable unit with lots of space and light. Located right on the beach with easy access to the promenade for walking. Lovely, spacious patio with 180 degree views of the ocean. Kitchen is modern with all appliances. Thank you, we enjoyed our relaxing stay.

great location, clean and well serviced, very secure with boom gate security and entrance staff. there are some items that need maintenance in the apartment, like ligh bulbs, light switches etc.. but didn't impact us much. recomend it for an Umhlanga stay.

A wonderful place to stay in Durban. The host is always available to assist and there are caretakers on the property ready to help if necessary. The pool is spotless and the entertainment area is full of options and lots of fun. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Beate home is truly a "home away from home". Each day I went into Durban, I looked forward to getting home. The home is tastefully designed. She just bought a new wooden table for 6. All the wood in the house matches the lush garden that you're surrounded by. :-) Anything you can possible need is in the home. Beate is also lovely enough to get whatever you may need. Walking distance to anything you need. I really enjoy this home!

I recently spent time at 125 Penzance for my mother’s 60th birthday. The venue was so pretty and comfortable. We received so much help from the caretaker Sboniso who made us feel right at home and went out of his way to help us set up tables and everything, there was no request too big for him. It’s the perfect place to host a gathering, we definitely would love to make use of the back garden next time! Thank you so much Zama for making things easy for us!

Lindsey was a great host. This was our second time staying at her place. Her communication is exceptional. We enjoyed every bit of it. We felt right at home. Lindsey is a thoughtful and caring person, she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We always enjoy our time at her place, from the view of the ocean to the wonderful helper Dorris who is so friendly and kind. We definitely will be back for another stay soon! Michele’s place was a little hidden haven on the beach. It was absolutely fabulous. The house is exactly as described the beach access is perfect. 8 of us were there and did not want to leave. Zandile is absolute wonderful she made our stay even better! Highly recommend

We had a great stay at this Florida Road apartment in Durban. The unit was spacious and tastefully decorated, and the location is fantastic—close to everything you might need. The host was extremely responsive, professional, and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early, which we really appreciated. While the bathroom and kitchen are a bit dated and it would’ve been helpful to have a few more basic amenities like laundry soap, the overall experience was still very positive. Just a heads-up: Florida Road can get a little noisy on the weekends, but that’s part of the energy of being in such a vibrant area. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful spot! From the moment you arrive you feel as though you can exhale. Stunning place, beautiful furniture linen and every amenity. Special touches like great coffee, milk in the fridge and just all round welcoming space. Oh but the views of the ocean!! Wow! Literally a few steps away with direct beach access and access to the promenade with its host of beautiful restaurants and close proximity to shopping etc. You can’t get better value for money in such a beautiful space and location than this spot in Umhlanga! Oh and the host was the cherry on top. Warm, helpful, responsive. I will be booking again! That’s for sure. 🔥🔥🔥

The place is definitely aesthetically pleasing, from the kitchenette to the bedroom and the bathroom, definitely felt at home and comfortable. No problems what so ever. Not forgetting the stunning ocean view, just beautiful and peaceful. Loved every bit of the place.

Loved the place, the pictures don't do it justice. Communication 10/10. Safe neighborhood. The only problem was the guests booked next to our apartment- very loud and inconsiderate.

Sharmaine is an absolutely aŵesome host. Her apartment is a gem. It had everything we needed with all the comforts of home.
