Newly renovated single-family home with large kitchen and living room. On the 2nd floor there are 4 bedrooms, bathrooms and loft living room where possible with inflatable mattress. The accommodation is nicely located right by Stokkelandsvannet, around the water there is a great hiking trail of 4 km. From the living room you can walk on the terrace, where there is a seating area, dining table and barbecue possibility. In the garden there is a conservatory, perfect for quiet evenings 550 meters to the train station, 4 km to Sandnes city center, 12 km to Kongeparken and 55 km to the parking lot at Pulpit Rock.

Want to visit Jærstrendene? Or are you going to fish salmon in Håelva? At the cabin in Nærland you can find tranquility, watch the bird life, stroll down to the beach or barbecue in the garden. There are seating on several sides of the cabin and a barbecue area with a fire pit. There is spacious living room and dining room, and 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a bunk bed with a lower part of 120 cm, upper 90 cm. Sofa bed in living room # 2 (140 cm). Plenty of space for parking. Running water, power and internet. 4 bikes can be borrowed.

Note that is not allowed with a party in the apartment, and there is quiet time in the unit between 23 and 07. Well-equipped kitchen with large dining table. Stort, flott og eksklusivt, men samtidig veldig koselig. Her vil du føle deg som hjemme selv om du er på ferie. Det er veldig sentralt plassert og et glimrende utgangspunkt for turer til Kjerag og Preikestolen. Hva med en tur til Jærens flotte strender, Kjerag eller Preikestolen. Det er også fantastisk natur rett rundt huset.

Spacious and modern cabin from 2014 close to lovely Borestranda - a 3 km long sandy beach with possibility for surf lesson and surf equipment rental. Close proximity to great nature experiences on Jæren and in Ryfylke and 30 minutes by car to Stavanger city center. The Royal Park is a 25 minute car ride away. Perfect cabin for the big family or group of friends.

Det er fem minutter å gå til matbutikk. Fine turmuligheter i området. 20min gåtur til togstasjon, som tar deg til Bryne, Sandnes og Stavanger.

Front row beach house - terrace with privacy

En fantastisk strandhytte ved en av Norges vakreste strender, Borestranda. Hytten ble ferdigstilt våren 2022 og ligger i første rekke i et nytt hyttefelt. Hytten har en deilig stor terrasse som ligger usjenert til med flott utsikt mot stranden. Et perfekt sted for avslapping, gode turer i naturskjønne omgivelser, surfing og bading.
