New and modern townhouse with rural views. The house is 110 square meters with two bedrooms and a sofa bed. The living room and kitchen are on the 2nd floor and therefore have a fantastic view. The house has a sheltered terrace on the ground floor with a heated jacuzzi. There is a balcony on the 2nd floor with great views and evening sun. There are several playgrounds within walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet. Just a few minutes away is a river you can swim in. The house is 20 minutes by car from Kongeparken, and the beautiful Borestranden beach.

A dining table is set with plates and glasses, inviting a communal dining experience. Soft natural light enters through large windows, illuminating a cozy living area with a sofa in the background. A scenic view of the surrounding landscape is visible through the glass doors.

The house is located a stone's throw from Stokkalandsvatnet and offers great views, peaceful location, swimming opportunity in the water and nice hiking opportunities. Within walking distance from the house you will find a train station, bus stop, city bikes, grocery stores and bakery. A 3 km hike through Sandvedparken leads you to the city center with a large selection of shops, restaurants and cultural offerings. In less than an hour you reach the Pulpit Rock and the Lysefjord, and great sandy beaches on Jæren you reach in 15 minutes.

The apartment carries the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. brand new renovated. there is a charcoal grill and sit outside on the terrace It is located right on the side of Nærbøparken. 7 minutes to the beach, about 15 minutes to Hå gamlegård, 10 minutes to Obrestad harbor , 1 hour and 10 minutes to the pulpit, 2 hours and 30 minutes to the ferry, 42 minutes to Stavanger and 46 minutes to Egersund. the price including bed linen, internet and electricity 🙂👍

Beautiful residence, close to great beaches good for surfing

Centrally located in rural surroundings is this great big house. Gives you a break from stress and city life, but is also very central, just 10 min from some of the best surfing beaches in Northern Europe. The house is located a few hundred meters from one of Norway's best rivers for fishing wild salmon, Figgjoelven. Within 30 min you can get to urban places like Sandnes, Bryne and Stavanger. Månafossen and Prekestolen are only 1 hour away. The house is suitable for everyone, but especially for families with children!

Apartment from 2013 of 84m2. Nice view over Frøylandsvatnet which is a popular hiking area. Two bedrooms with 2 beds in each bedroom and a mattress. The living room has 3 sofas and a modern fireplace. It comes with bright TV and internet. Note that is not allowed with a party in the apartment, and there is quiet time in the unit between 23 and 07. Well-equipped kitchen with large dining table. The apartment has ready beds and it comes with towels. The distance to: Kongeparken 10 km Preikestolen 1.5 hours Stavanger 28km

Bright and spacious basement apartment in great natural surroundings! Here there is room for two people, or more if needed (we have a sofa bed available). Short distance to Sandnes city center, and easy to get to, among other things, Stavanger and Bryne. The apartment is located right by Sandvedparken (1 min), Stokkelandsvannet (10 min), Kiwi Lundehaugen (grocery store, 5 min) and Ganddal train station (10 min). Free parking, private entrance, own outdoor space outside the apartment (see pictures). Welcome to us!

Stort, flott og eksklusivt, men samtidig veldig koselig. Her vil du føle deg som hjemme selv om du er på ferie. Det er veldig sentralt plassert og et glimrende utgangspunkt for turer til Kjerag og Preikestolen. Hva med en tur til Jærens flotte strender, Kjerag eller Preikestolen. Det er også fantastisk natur rett rundt huset.

You will find several playgrounds just outside the house, it is a short distance to hiking areas and you can walk and swim in Stokkelandsvannet. There is also a short drive to several of the Jær beaches. Walking distance to bus stop and train station. If you stay here, you can plan visits to Sandnes, Stavanger, Preikestolen and Kjeragbolten.

Cozy apartment in Ganddal. Short distance to the train

I am putting out my apartment for visits a little earlier than planned. Therefore, it is not 100% cleaned everywhere and the hallway is temporarily messy with various boxes. The kitchen fan is temporarily out of order so only short showers and no large food projects. TV and DVD in the guest room are not connected. Lockbox. Rented for a cheaper money for those who can take an apartment.
