There are open spaces, an enclosed bedroom with large bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and in addition a fold-out sofa bed (1.40 m x 2m) in the living-dining room.

Idyllic tiny house on the edge of the forest, without direct neighbors. The center of Dudweiler with all the necessary shops, bus and train connections is within 10 minutes' walking distance. The university can be reached in 30 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by bus or 8 minutes by car. The tiny house has a spacious bedroom with a double bed overlooking the countryside, a pellet stove for cozy hours, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas grill and a fire pit. The apartment is located on the first floor of a three-family house (three residents). The house entrance is accessible via a seven-step staircase, but also barrier-free via the rear entrance. The apartment (63 square meters) has two bedrooms - one double bed and two single beds - and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is accessible via a small hallway, which is occasionally used by the other residents. The terrace in the courtyard can be used in good weather.
