Vacation rentals with a patio in Klagenfurt-Land District

Lovely place, our home 6 had great views from the balcony facing the lake, and it was great to be able to use the terrace and the house's own bathing jetty. Nina gave a nice introduction to the apartment and the place. Great recommendations from here.

We had a super nice few days in the apartment. The apartment is very nicely furnished, clean and the communication was always very good. For us, it was very convenient that we could also do laundry and we could get to know all the animals for a day at the Gradenhof and help something. Thanks so much for the nice days.

We only stayed in the apartment for one night, but were very satisfied. Check-in worked flawlessly and Robert seems very friendly and eager. You can walk from the main train station to the apartment. It is right in the city center, so there is a lot going on, but everything was within walking distance for us. Unfortunately, we only received the information about check-out at short notice, but this is probably also due to our rather short stay. Next time we are in Klagenfurt, we will be happy to come back!

The apartment delivers what it promises: bright, modernly furnished new apartment, a few minutes' walk from the university. This was a perfect fit for me - and exactly matched the description and photos. What the apartment does not have (sofa, TV, microwave, curtains - but shutters for complete blackout) is also not promised and should therefore not disturb you. Everything else there, plenty of space, large balcony, lots of light, no direct neighbors looking into the apartment, but overlooking the vastness and a good yoga feeling 🧘‍♀️ The kitchen was well stocked and I appreciated the generous supply of coffee pods! The university can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the lake is also not far. Bus stop is in front of the door, there are also several places to eat. A clear recommendation from me!

Beautiful, quiet place with garden and small pool. We felt very comfortable.

The place is as shown in the pictures and in the description, a quiet, beautifully located mountain hut. We were there in winter and were fascinated by the view from the cabin. The communication with Sandro, the host, was easy and fast and also a short-term extension of the booking was easily possible. All in all highly recommended. We will definitely stay there again in the summer.

Really great place and very beautiful house. Renate is a very kind and helpful host, she received us with some vegetables and some food and was always there to help us.

The lodge looked very nice and modern! It has a nice terrace with a nice view. The lodge is very close to the Pyramidenkogel, from where you have a beautiful view over Lake Wörthersee and surroundings! In addition, Silvio was a very friendly and welcoming host. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

The stay for three nights was very pleasant for our family of 5. We had a lot of space and it was nice and quiet. Nice landlords and uncomplicated check-in and check-out. Gladly come back 😊

We had a wonderful stay in the vacation home in Ferlach! The house is very cozy, well equipped and clean so you immediately feel at home. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful nature around Ferlach, and the proximity to attractions and hiking trails is also a big plus. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We can recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful setting. We are already looking forward to the next visit :)

We were greeted in a very friendly and warm manner and provided with good tips. The host is super helpful! There is a free swimming area nearby, which is great. In the accommodation you have great views with mountain panoramic views. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need.

We stayed at Thomas and Elizabeth’s place as my brother was competing in the Austrian Ironman. We rented the entire place as a family and it was perfect for our long weekend. Thomas and Elizabeth were incredibly helpful and kind - they even lent us extra tools to help with my brother’s bike set up so he was ready for the race. Their property has incredible views of the lake and mountains and was a perfect location for the race. Thank you so much!

A stylish old house with lots of history! Very nice well-kept garden. It is really absolutely quiet there! Great starting point for those who prefer to stay away from the tourist crowds. A very hospitable old lodger who takes care of everything.

It was just perfect stay, i felt home right away. Slept like a baby first night, which I never do. Modern appartment, tastefully set up...as said. Perfect.

This was an absolute quality find! We had no expectations going to Klagenfurt for the first time, and we loved it. Our experience was only enhanced by the top-notch accommodations Annegret and Johannes provided for us. Including a beautiful view of the town, recommendations in walking distance, parking directions, and a welcome beer and snacks! We will certainly be considering this stay again on our future stays in Klagenfurt.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The apartment has a certain something. Not standard and very lovingly furnished. We would have moved in ;). We'd love to come back. Barbara was very friendly. The apartment is within walking distance to the water with several swimming options, shopping can be done around the corner and good different restaurants are also quickly within walking distance.

Excellent accommodation, exceptionally tasteful and fine amenities, great balcony with unrestricted views of the lake, quiet location and yet close to Velden (about 1.5 km). We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Gerald and Gabi were very friendly hosts. Info for the disabled: Good parking situation, relatively small but well-functioning elevator, completely accessible apartment including shower, except for a 20 cm high step at the apartment entrance.

- Host very chatty and friendly :) David kindly even picked us up from the train station, although it is less than a 10-minute walk from the property. - Location was a great fit for us as it is right next to the Klagenfurt trade fair. - Nice apartment. Only note would be that there was water damage at the neighbor's and therefore the ceiling in the bathroom is broken. Doesn't bother the use of the bathroom and should probably be fixed soon.
